I had a battery replaced in my 2018 Ford escape. To start off with, I was a bit shocked at a 354 price tag, and see that it's only a 3-year warranty battery. Secondly, the day after the install the car quit on the me in the middle of 24th and Lewis. I had to be pushed out of the middle of the intersection and is fate would have it, a passerby stopped to check on me. He noticed that the negative battery terminal hadn't been properly tightened. He was able to help get me going and I drove straight to Midas who fixed the problem.

Exhaust rattles, noisier than before I came in for new muffler. That and an oil change was almost was almost 900.00 dollars, and I’m going back over the fluids to make sure they were topped off. Last time for Midas.

During my visit to midas the past week I encountered an incident were an employee was violently threatened, yelled at, and cussed at, by management. After the incident I was able to get the managers name - john Very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable to be in the building around that manager.

Thank you so much! Midas always takes such good care of me! I am always in a rush, and usually just walk in. But they always work so hard to squeeze me in! And always so friendly! My oil light came on, and I have a long drive home, and didn't want to risk it. But even so late in the evening they got me in and all taken care of! This is where I will always come!

I was here for a barbecue but what I observed while the food was cooking, will keep me coming back for everything for my car! Family is the best word that comes to mind when describing my experience. From the collaboration of the higher leadership and family, who came early and helped the Service Manager set up, to the comrade of the mechanics, as they gave it their all to get all of the work completed, I was absolutely inspired by the culture of this particular branch. So if you want to get your car repaired somewhere that feels like "home," come to this Midas!!!

I made this account to stay anonymous to share an incident on 1/8/2025. I came in to get some work done and in the time I was there I heard a man with a long facial beard and black Midas t shirt yelling at a young worker. What I can only assume is the manager of the shop, because it looked like the other clean shaven man was being trained. there was a lot of cussing, and threatening. I even heard him say he was going to fire the young man if he ever sees his girlfriend again on his property. I didn't feel comfortable after that. This really shows how unprofessional the company is for allowing this behavior. I won’t be back and I will highly recommend my family ,and friends to do such as well.

Had service under their $59.99 oil change, tire rotation, check vehicle special. I was impressed they got me in the next day for a scheduled apt at the time I asked and I only waited for about an hour for them to complete the work which they did. I would give them a “5” but they did not note any of the vehicle inspection results on the receipt or any other paperwork but verbally said everything was fine. I would have preferred a report which is what we get for similar services at our Honda dealer.

Took my van in to get looked at after a flat that had blown out some tubes. I suspected it might be a coolant leak and so I told them. They ran a test ride and took a look and said there was no issues at all and the busted tubes were from AC. They assured me several times that the vehicle was safe to drive. 10 mins later my van broke down in the middle of the expressway. Turns out it actually was a coolant leak. Very Very dangerous advice from Midas. They were so sure that the tubes were AC not coolant but when i ran coolant through it pumped straight out of the busted tubes. You’re better off going to a local smaller business that actually knows cars! Don’t trust Midas.

Well I was online searching for places to do the oil change when I came across their sale of 39.99 and the manager himself was at the counter trying to train somebody when they got done with my oil change which took forever while I had a big dog and he was just on the phone gossiping in the back he tried to charge me $74.99 have enough money I only had $50 on my card he said oh I'm sorry you didn't tell me about it that that's what you were doing before ahead of time and the internet don't kick it out I said okay and then he still charged me all but $3 of my 50 I had left when I had everything accounted for on my card that I needed to pay and it shorted me on my next trip not knowing that I would have to pay $47 for my $39.99 oil change and they did not turn off the check change engine oil light pretty pissed at an all-around service won't go back but the one downtown is great and highly recommend it and you get ice cream Love it Go downtowners the one on Central sucks

The front desk was helpful and good. However I left a little worried because the young man who worked on my car did not put a sticker on the windshield and I had noticed that before leaving so went back in to say so. I felt if they missed that, what else might not have gotten attention. Also, without meaning to be overly critical, as they were working on my car, I did hear a lot of joking and loud talk among several men back there and hope they were giving good attention to my car. I had wanted the air in my tires checked but since driving it I cannot detect any difference as my tires still feel sloshy. Again, I don’t feel confident this was attended to, and I have that question mark in my head. I paid a $90+ bill, but felt unsure I got the best service from that amount.

I went in with a truck I had just bought because the brakes were squeaking. Just wanted the brake pads checked. They came in with a quote of 2359.00, stating I needed new rotors and my pads had 15% life left. I went home and bought new pads myself, took tires off and calipers just to find the brakes were perfectly fine. Screw you Midas as you try to screw me.
