These guys are great. Very professional and they have a great waiting room. Got my tires completely switched out in right around an hour without an appointment beforehand. Nothing in my car was touched and they were careful to put my old tires into trash bags and stack them neatly on my back seat. Will be coming here for any of my vehicles from now on.

I went there before they were great but this time I was gone only a few and the front desk treated my wife horribly, treated her like some “blonde” that doesn’t know a thing and laughed at her cuase some asphalt sealant cuase her car to have an uneven tread and the car shaked the mechanics outside showed her the issue and were respectful but the 40 year old middle aged men at the front desks were rude and just sat there laughing hiding behind the desk

This is my favorite Tire Rama location! In the 6 years I’ve been a customer, they have never once let me down. They are never pushy, their prices are reasonable, they do quality work, and everyone there is kind. They’re super fast, too! I am also incredibly grateful for them airing up your tires for free. I have disabilities that make it really hard to bend down and my tire pressure always deflates come winter time. They are always willing to take a few minutes out of their busy days to help me with something that may be small to them, but has a huge impact on others. Go to Tire Rama; you won’t regret it! They hold steadfast to their work and guarantee quality. And it shows!

We blew a trailer tire just outside Billings on our way back home to WI. Needed to get a new spare. Called Tire-Rama on the road with the tire size we needed. They confirmed they had the tire. Desk manager and mechanic were great, they actually ended up having a better tire for us and in about 40 minutes we were back on the road. They even switched out and re-mounted the spare on the trailer at no extra cost. If I lived in Billings I would be doing business with these guys. Great service and communication, felt like we were long time customers.

Dallas at the downtown Tirana was absolutely amazing. He was very polite when he gave me a ride to work so I could have my car looked at. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful, cooper was super helpful and polite at the counter and Casey and Dallas were great with the knowledge they have on vehicles. I absolutely loved everyone there. Best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Best service in town.
