We took our van in to have the windshield replaced after it was sprayed with flying gravel when we were on a trip. Leanne & John & crew were so friendly & helpful & the car was beautifully detailed after the job was done. The work was scheduled for 1 p.m., Leanne had all the paperwork ready, the car went in at that time & out right on schedule. I experienced the misfortune of hitting a deer in the first week of October. I called many shops who had a wait time of 4 to 6 weeks to get my car in. Once I called Caliber they had my car in the next day and began work to complete a thorough estimate. They took things apart rather than just take photos to see what needed to be done. Within a week and a half my car was finished and ready to be picked up! I am throughly impressed with the customer service they offered in addition to smooth communication with insurance and the rental car company. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend my family and friends to do the same.

This place was much better than crash champions. In terms of a body shop, Aaron was honest, informative, and the repair looks great. Both the exterior and interior of the vehicle were far cleaner than when I dropped it off. If I have to do another insurance claim, I will push to have this be my body shop of choice. I have some ugly trim pieces that I’ve tried to repair myself, and the repair did not last as long as the effort required would suggest. I do plan to ask them to quote those out for an out of pocket payment simply because of how good the initial repair was. Under promised and over delivered, which is the way I like it.
