So I hit a deer and of course I panicked didn’t know where to take my car. I went to where I bought my car and they pointed me in the direction of I’m automotive. I went there in tears cause I’ve only had the car for about 6 months. They set my mind at ease and took care of me and my car. I can’t say enough good stuff about Tony Z and the staff at I’m Automotive.
We left North Carolina on a road trip to Vancouver Canada where we were to meet our family members for a cruise to Alaska. Just outside of Gillette, Wyoming, a deer decided we had driven far enough and ran into our car while we were traveling at 75 miles an hour. An internet search returned only five star reviews , so we knew this was our team. Tony took care of everything. He even spoke with the insurance adjuster and settled with the insurance company so we could fly to Vancouver and enjoy our cruise. I didn’t worry about anything knowing our baby was in their hands. They finished our repairs in record time and the car looks amazing. Thank you so much for saving our special vacation!
