Keehners pocketed most the insurance money without doing the work and now we’re left with a vehicle that’s not even legal to drive in it’s current state. Our insurance gave Keehner a check for 20k for the repairs on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was supposed to be done in 6-8 weeks. After 15 weeks of being given the run around about when it would be done I asked the insurance to call him. The body shop owner then text me and harassed me about contacting the insurance company. He said I made him look bad to the insurance. Finally got the car back (unfinished and in horrible condition) at week 16 with an estimate of what still needed fixed and a check for 5k (the insurance requested he provide these) which was the amount he claimed still needed done. I’ve taken it to two other body shops since and both said the same thing: 1 - There is no reason it should take 16 weeks to have done the little work he did do. 2 - Original estimate was under estimated and Keehner should have submitted the additional repairs to the insurance as supplemental but failed to do so. 3- There is well over 5k of repairs that need done. 4 - The work Keehner did was SO bad most of it needs re-done. Never have I experienced a more unprofessional business.

I can not say enough GREAT things about this shop! I was in an accident and live out of state, Matt was happy to take my car on, despite the hassle of never being able to meet in person and having to do all communication and dealings over the phone. He was more than professional, always up front and honest with any hiccups, extremely kind and went out of his way to make this smooth. If I ever get in another accident, I pray it is in Billings so I could use this shop again. This is the most honest, accommodating, friendly shop! Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. You can trust these guys will take great care of you!

Matt is a really nice guy and does great work. The only downside is sometimes his schedule gets away from him and the repairs take longer than we had hoped. It seems good communication can help prevent a lot of it so all future jobs we have communicated our timeline needs so all of us are on the same page. I cannot say enough how THANKFUL we are for Matthew and his service. He went over and beyond to help my parents. My parents live in Georgia, but have been driving cross country for the past few weeks. They were hit by a deer, and the truck was damaged pretty badly. There were issues with the body of the car, obviously, but the main issue was leakage from the coolant. I do not know the proper auto terms, but I think a radiator needed to be replaced. My dad took the truck to 2 Toyota dealerships to finally get the part ordered. There were so many issues involved, but long story short, after several Toyota dealerships and multiple body shop visits, Keehner's Body Shop was THE ONLY PLACE to even consider helping out my parents by fixing the car where it was enough for them to drive back to Atlanta and get the car fixed through insurance. Matthew took time out of his busy day to make sure the issue was resolved THAT SAME DAY. He also refused to take any payment, and stated he was glad to help. My parents are so thankful to have met such a good Samaritan, and they are forever grateful to Matthew and will never forget his kindness.
