Horrible customer service, yesterday I was absolutely insulted by the manager. He hung up a customer twice trying to pay for a part that I was picking up to fix their vehicle. They live in Roundup and their truck is in Billings. I will never use the Grand Store ever again. However the 24th street store and the Heights location have always treated me well.

The folks that were here are excellent! Jamal, Miguel, and Jenn Helped me out today. I needed a blinker light replaced, and you have to take out the little plastic pins which I was nervous to do. Jamal ( the manager) used the opportunity to show Miguel and Jenn a few things as they are new. Very impressed with the way he went about chatting with them as well as myself. As a person who has worked in customer service and management for 15+ years, this was fantastic to witness! My blinker is successfully fixed, and they will have my future business!!
