Quinn, Ian and the entire team at European Performance don’t get enough credit for the level of professionalism and honesty that they provide to their clients including me. I have had them work on my 2012 Audi A5 and it all started with an oil leak. They provided me a quote at a great price and replaced it fast and easy! I recently brought it back in due to another shop completely messing up timing related issues. I knew my car wasn’t acting the way it should and they were able to trace a wiring issue that previous shop had done incorrectly and kept me in good communication while they did all the time consuming work. I feel so incredibly grateful to know these honest group of men and appreciate the effort they put into my vehicle along with my sisters Audi that they also regularly service and fix. Billings and the state of Montana is very honored to have a special group of mechanics who treat everyone with dignity, respect and honesty! Thank you all for all your work! I recently contacted your team to schedule an appointment for the installation of aftermarket parts. Although your website indicates that aftermarket parts are accepted, I was informed that my aftermarket end links and exhaust would not be installed.
Additionally, when I inquired about whether you are an authorized Unitronic dealer, the representative was unable to provide any information. This experience raised concerns about the expertise available, as it’s important to feel confident in the team’s knowledge and service.
I appreciate your attention to this feedback and look forward to any clarification.
