Wow! I have never been to a shop like this! Excellent service and explanation of problems. They were quick to troubleshoot and get me a repair estimate. They had parts available and quickly took care of my truck. These guys now have a customer for life. I don't think I can take my vehicle anywhere else!

Early morning appointment for a transmission service plus a couple easy things, doesn’t get done until late afternoon. Which was a good thing, because said service was extremely high! Always get an estimate before work is done!

Very efficient and friendly process from start to finish, and good work done on the vehicle. I only wish they didn’t require a full inspection - that they charge for - before they’re willing to do any work. Hence one star off. But I guess it is a very standard procedure these days for nearly all garages, and at least these guys didn’t push ridiculous suggestions like some other places do. And they were also honest enough to tell me a potentially defective part was actually still good, whereas most garages I know would’ve lied and charged me to replace it. I’m pretty new to town and have only tried two other garages, but so far these guys have most of my trust.

I brought my car in, they said my car needed a brand new engine and said they could do it for 16k, I then took it to Chung brothers and they said it was just a piston and they can fix it for about 2000, much better deal there and I felt like they were trying to upcharge me an engine

I was traveling with an F150 and trailer and experienced a cam phaser issue Labor Day weekend near Billings. I was referred to Brown’s and had an experience that was exceptional. I bought a rebuilt transmission from rob. It had issues from the very beginning where it didn't quite shift all the way until a few minutes after driving.... that was a little weird, but I thought my transmission was getting used to my truck. That was not the case, in 7 days, There was a river flowing of transmission fluid under my truck. Rob is not going to honor his warranty. He is blaming my truck. He is saying my truck broke the case in 7 days....Even though there were problems from the get go.... My truck has never ruined a transmission nor will it. It's a great truck. My only regret is that I didn't buy the brand new transmission for $300 more from another company. I instead used rob and even though I'm terminally ill and dealing with a lot of stress right now, My truck has been in service for over 6 months. That's how long I've been without my vehicle. Not only did he drag his knuckles, taking his time to do everything, But, He's not standing behind the product that he did not fix properly. I'll see him in court. I'm out thousands of dollars for rental cars and he will pay them. I'll use my last ounce of energy , making sure I see to it.

I have NEVER found a mechanic shop that I could actually trust unless it was family....that was until I went to Brown's Auto. I had previously sent my truck in for a diag and told Top Tech to look at specific parts that I thought were a problem, basically 5 days with no truck I asked for it back bc they were incompetent. At Brown's the total opposite, super nice, their pricing is totally fair! And the solved what Top Tech couldnt do in half the time! 2 days to be exact!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff and knowledgeable mechanics and to anyone needed a shop to trust, Brown's is where you should go.

Brought my 05 sierra in for a crank no start. From the beginning I received excellent customer service from Austin. The techs did an awesome job and actually inspected my whole vehicle, (ended up being my battery lol🤦‍♂️) informed me of what needed immediate attention and what needs to be done sooner than later.
