I live near Grand and 54th and refuse to use the Grand location because the service is absolutely horrendous but.......I will always use this Southgate location. The service is awesome. 99.999% of the time they always have what I need. Definitely worth making the drive. Awesome location and an awesome group of employees.

Poor customer service and store manager who lack integrity. I called to pay for some parts that they put aside for me. They informed me they couldn't take payment over the phone unless I made an account with them... asked if there was any way around it and the store manager took the phone and assured me if I had a friend come and call me when he's their then they could take payment over the phone. My friend shows up they refuse to accept payment over the phone and I asked to speak with the store manager who assured me that was possible and he refused to even speak to me on the phone. Store manager went back on his word and refused to even tell me himself. Wont be shopping at this location anymore.

I needed a new battery today and Hugo helped me out tremendously. I don't know what to buy and he was so friendly and helpful to me. I wish he could have put the battery in for me but I understand that insurance will not allow them to help. My brother helped me out with that. The price was great too. Thanks Hugo!

Litterly the worst place to deliver to, be prepared to 7 plus hours just to get unloaded. It dosint matter to them if you have other stops that you'll be late to because of them, waited docked 1 hour, after I sat in the street 4 hours and told to back into a door and then told to park in street and dock again in a few hours because they're behind schedule and going to lunch. SMH, slowest and lazyist workers on the planet.

Wendell and his staff were amazing. Went in with a battery issue and it was handled within 30 minutes. And to the gentleman that helped me remove my battery- thank you is not enough. You helped this old lady tremendously. Service like this is the way issues should be handled. I will definitely continue to support this store.

Average place to deliver. Could be better, could be worse. A little bit tight to maneuver. Clean restroom. No overnight parking. It looks like they have an appointment system, but in my case, it was first come, first serve.

I have never received so many incompetent deliveries from a commercial parts supplier as Napa auto parts. This issue is not an isolated event as multiple attempts have been made to have a part ordered and delivered. They use door dash to deliver parts and sent to incorrect address each time. In addition, they have the most unfriendly and least qualified front desk "professionals." The quality of parts carried are the worst available a person can purchase next to amazon. They were my last choice for parts now I will no longer consider them as a supplier. Subpar parts Subpar business Do not recommend.

I’m a “I got tools for christmas 10 years ago” level of mechanic. I came in for a part today and the guy was nice, gave me a few tips as well as the exact part I asked for. Great transaction. A couple hours later I found out the hard way what I asked for and what I needed were two different things. They were still open and Richard helped me with the exchange. They let me finish installing the correct part in their parking lot and were gracious about the exchange and weren’t fussy about swapping parts even though it was my bad. Five stars for understanding not everyone is great with vehicle repairs, but at least I always have 2 10mm sockets on hand and sometimes that is enough.

Absolutely worthless. Buy from Summit or Jegs and save a ton of money and you won't have people hanging up on you and putting you on terminal hold so they don't have to do any actual work. Be better.

This was by far the worst delivery location I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely unorganized, wasted a lot of my time, and showed no respect for drivers. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location again and do not recommend it to other drivers.
