On 6/30/24 my company truck broke down in Ashland Elementary Montana and my company book the best tow team of professional friendliest team of tow wrecker Talon and Harvey out to help me out. They were Fast efficient friendly. It was a wonderful ride all the way to Billings MT to their shop In Billings MT with Harvey. Even better Harvey gave me a lift to my company paid hotel I was staying at till the truck got fix. What a professional!! I Would definitely recommend their tow company and shop service if u ever break down out here in Montana. 5 STARS

We broke down on I-94 in our 36’ motorhome on Sunday. We called Hanser’s towing to tow us to their shop in Billings, MT. They let us stay on their lot. Shelly was exceptionally kind helping line up the tow plus dealing with Good Sams roadside service. Monday morning she sent their mechanic, Paul to check out our problem. He found the issue plus several more major issues. He explained to us each issue, he showed us the problems and even though he was covered up in work he spent the day working on our motorhome. He and Shelly knew we were traveling and did everything possible to get us back on the road. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. Hanser’s towing and repair is an exceptional company to deal with. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
