The day before had been crazy, and I lost an alternator belt. I called Dr. Auto while at a hotel, and they sent a tow truck for my car. I was hours away from my home state, but they got my car in and fixed within a few hours. I had to check out at 11, and they allowed me to stay at the shop and watch Netflix, PLUS they fed me. All around, it was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend them!

Most friendly and honest car mechanic I have ever been to. Stopped by to have a problem with my van checked out on a drive across the country and they showed me what was wrong, and just as importantly, what WASN'T wrong with my vehicle. They explained to me the danger level and the options I had, and we just hung around chatting for a bit and petting the shop kitty (the fellow's daughter named her Princess, my friends and I were calling her Dusty... My two cents is to combine the two and call her Princess Dusty!) I will make a point of returning if I'm ever driving through the region again and am having car troubles.

Best mechanic I’ve been to. He was quick and to then point while being accommodating. We had car trouble about 45 min about of Billings and called. He said he could help so we drove in. We got in earlier than expected. He had a waiting area for us and got the job done in 3 hours total time (including the 45 minutes to order and have the part delivered)!!!!! He saved our lives.

We were having car troubles in Billings after being on the road for hours and stopped in to Dr. Auto Repair. Andrew was willing to hook my car up to figure out what was going on and let us know what we needed to do to fix it. Thankfully it was relatively minor and we were able to keep going, but we are so thankful he was willing to take a look in the pouring rain. I would recommend this place to anyone local. I have had Matt work on and repair multiple vehicles for me, he is always very fair on his price and he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. This is a great repair shop, and i highly recommended him to anyone, he can be trusted and he will get your vehicle back on the road in a timely manner... I've had him do everything from rebuilding high performance transmissions, to oil changes and regularly scheduled maintenance. Whatever it is, Dr auto can keep your car on the road.

My uncle and I were on a scenic trip west to Washington when our vehicle broke down! 2,000 miles from home and another 1,000 to go... That's when we found Matt at Dr Auto.
