I have been taking my older 4Runner to Chung Brothers for several years, after my sister recommended them based on her positive experience with her Subaru. Though I live an hour outside of Billings and have two local mechanics who do great work, their prices are incredibly high. Chung Brothers, on the other hand, provide exceptional service at a fair price and truly stand behind their work. Each visit feels personalized - they remember my name and my car, listen to my concerns, and always provide a thorough report on the repairs. This place was so helpful, I was traveling through Montana and started having car troubles 50 miles out, I called and Quang was able to help me right away and talk through it my car could make it to the shop and got me in for an inspection right away. I had taken my car into a dealership to see what was wrong with my car. They quoted me a couple thousand dollars that needed repaired..nervous and wanting second opinion I was recommended to go to the Chung brothers and they looked at. They did not see the issue that was called out. Instead they topped off the coolant and my car is working just fine. I would totally recommend them to anyone. They didn’t be even charge me for looking at it and refilling the coolant and they saved me a couple thousand dollars.
