I don't know whats going on talked to walls said maybe this sat from 12-3 could get at my truck says has 2 jobs to do first then get a holds a hold me late at night said sorry one job took for ever then says to call Sunday after church if he don't answers says will call back on a couple of mins he never called back I text him to and even said so are you gonna get at it today I even offered my heated garage so not in the cold I then said let me know today Monday if gonna work on it no answer. So now I scheduled with another mobile mechanic and . I don't get we talked on the phone about my chevy and he seems nice. I don't know why I have 3 days of being blown off. This all happened this weekend.

I wish you could give 0 stars. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Set up a time twice to have my vehicle worked on never showed up either time. Never communicated with me and didn’t answer phone calls

6/5 STARS. Called him 9pm on a Sunday as I broke down on a road trip with a very tight deadline of driving 10 hours the next day. He came right over in minutes and thought of a way to fix the problem. Parts stores were closed so he went to them as soon as they opened the next morning, and found something to fix it. Was on the road shortly after and made it to destination. Very nice guy, good rates, and awesome mechanic, DEFINITELY give him your service. We would have been completely screwed if he didn’t help.

Literally can not say enough good things about him. He met my husband and i at the truck stop and fixed my alternator in the middle of the night so that we could keep our trip going (hauling 2 horses). Price was reasonable, service was quick. Mike was incredibly responsive and assessed my car on a Sunday when all other mechanics/shops were closed. Unfortunately, the part required was not available that day but he managed to find a replacement part the following day and fixed my car that afternoon. It is clear he is very knowledgeable and his price was reasonable. He also went above and beyond to help give me rides to and from my accommodations as my car was non drivable. Would highly recommend his service!

I was halfway through a 5,000 mile trip when I had a coolant line burst and leave me on the side of the highway. I called Mike and he came and saved the day and I was back on my way in only 3 hours. We called these mechanics just to fix 2 lights on the trailer, work for 30 minutes, but they repaired only one and took the full amount of $350 for it and cheated that they repaired both, since the trailer was without a driver, I believed them only in words, when the driver arrived, only one light worked THEY ARE LIARS

I don’t know why he never fixed my car and blew me off. I don’t understand at all why he stopped communicating and never showed up. I’ve had the money to pay him for said part and to install it since Friday it is now Monday and I have to have someone else do it. I see why he has negative reviews.

My car had an issue with several warning light appearing on the dash all at once. Had the car checked for codes at Auto Zone and O'Reilly's. Both had the same code of an issue with the timing and the camshaft. We got information about Walls Mobile help. I call about 8 pm and Mr. Walls answered the phone. We discussed the issues and he indicated it could be a sensor and he could be there Sunday morning and I needed to check the level of my oil. I called Sunday morning and he arrived at my hotel in about 15-20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and with his dynamic diagnostic skills located a sensor plug that had worked loose. He reconnected it and continued a full diagnostic test of the engine. It fixed the issue, and I have been able to continue my 4000 mile round trip. Mr. Walls was exceptional to work with and his fee was more than acceptable. I was back on the road in no time and have had no further issues. He save my trip from disaster. Thank you Mr Walls.
