Turns out their service tecs have a room temperature IQ and would probably put the circle block in the square hole because apparently if it works, it works. I had my ML taken in for a sensor And it turns out it wasn’t a sensor and was a fuel pump instead and so $1000 later, these guys give it back to me I started the car and “huh? It kind of sounds a bit odd now” But shrugged it off I get home and open up the trunk to check on my fishing equipment and I see my entire intake system disassembled in the trunk. These guys test drove my car figured it was good enough and just gave it back Without not one person going “hey the entire intake system is takin apart maybe we should put it back in.” Nope, just send it off I know my car pretty well so I was able to put it back together Myself, but I feel like that some extreme negligence to just leave it like that. I’m gonna edit this because I more problems They didn’t properly seal the cover for the fuel pump and left a car with some actual issues just chewing on the battery terminal I suppose so now my stereo doesn’t work and one of my lights went out. I also feel like one of the tecs rubbed their dirty hands into my leather steering wheel because now it’s dried out and rough on the top. Unfortunately I should’ve asked to inspect the car before finalizing pay so if you ever get service from these guys Sure you double check before you pull out your credit card. “ your Mercedes is in good hands”

I was on a road trip when my car broke down on I-90. Dana Motors was recommended to me and they were great! They were friendly and made my day much better even though the tow truck was rolling in close to closing time. The next morning they quickly diagnosed and repaired my car. They sent one one the nicest men to pick me up as a courtesy, we had a great chat about history and sights to see. The service costs were reasonable and fair (my dad and brother were in the industry). They went a step further washing my car...there were 2100 miles of bugs on the front spoiler. That young lady deserves extra kiddos for the gross factor! Honestly, I wish I could give you 6 stars.

Had car serviced,changed oil and filter,checked all fluid levels and filled,did Brake fluid exchange ,checked all belts hoses,brakes tires,suspension and exhaust.
Reasonably priced $355.37 will be sticking with Dana motors for future services.staff is always very pleasant and sales department is never pushy if you ask about any vehicle on the lot.

I purchased my car several years ago and it was a great experience. I have used the service dept for regular oil changes. I do not know if Jason is the newest service manager but he understands customer service. He has been great to work with and I have great trust in the service dept.

I took my saab convertible into data motors for some repairs . I was having issues with my spedometer and - lights not working. I paid $300 plus installation for a battery cable that did not fix the problem. The service manager said well I did not promise you that it would. Which happens. Then I asked can you take a look at my convertible top. He rudely said I told you That we do not fix those.!! I was polite to him and then he treated me like I was a nuisance. I talked with a few other people that own saabs and said they had same issues with his rudeness. I think Brian Degele needs a new job that does not involve customer service.!!

Most pleasurable car buying experience ever! They had a line up of cars that were in my budget. I was allowed to test drive each one for however long I wanted. I found the one I wanted to buy and they had the deal done very quick! It was a hard decision as each car I drove was of excellent condition and priced within kbb value not marked up! Del and John were absolutely amazing. Thanks guys!

Completely unhelpful when it came to my vehicle needing to be fixed due to a recall. Claimed there wasn’t a recall when a simple search would have shown otherwise, so they basically passed me off to another dealer. I wouldn’t buy anything there based on this experience.
