I cannot say any enough about Brown's West. Lots of repairs this year on many of our vehicles. At anytime if something was not right after the work was done, they made things right. Also, they take the time to look into potential issue and provide honest feedback. Lastly, if you are a Costco member, you get a discount on parts and labor. Can't beat that with rising costs.

Top notch service. Took my truck in on a Monday morning and needed it diagnosed and fixed. Although these guys were busy, they fit my truck in and completed it that day. I was working with an insurance adjuster so things were a little complicated that way, but no matter, they got it done. They explained to me what they did when I picked up the truck and I could tell by their attention to detail in what they did that they take pride in their work and craftsmanship. Also, great customer service with good people skills. Truck runs great and this is my new go to for mechanical work on all our family's cars. Thank you.

I'm moving my mom 2,400 miles across the country and her 2003 Town and County started making a creaking noise from the front end. The shop is booked for the next week but Chuck had his tech (Richard?) take a quick drive with me in the parking lot and reassured me that it was nothing urgent, so we can finish out the last 1,000 miles of our trip and have it looked at later. The shop appears to be professionally run, looked clean, and everyone was kind and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised when Chuck asked if I wanted to hang around and wait for a little and they could fit me in their schedule. These people really came through for me in a pinch. 400 miles from home a day before holiday weekend and couldn't go anywhere without a replacement part. They got me in immediately, fixed it fast, and the bill was better than reasonable. Definitely did not charge extra for the rush job or out of towner surcharge. They appeared to be plenty busy so there's no doubt they went above and beyond to help me. Awesome service!!!

Excellent service. We hobbled through town headed to Yellowstone after our F150 lost its turbos. Ford said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Brown’s said, “we can have it done by tomorrow.” Technician Mike went above and beyond to take care of us, and the office staff was top notch. Great communication and price up front. Took my mother-in-law’s Jeep Patriot in for a diagnosis and was told the brake booster was the issue—$600 later, the problem wasn’t fixed. Brought it back, and they kept troubleshooting and thought they had it, but still no luck. Third time’s a charm! Turns out the real issue was oil in the brake fluid (not my rig not my doing), requiring $1,400 in brake line repairs, a new master cylinder, and a caliper. Despite the extra work, they owned up to it and didn’t charge us a dime. Amazing service—thanks, guys! Seems good so far! Haha.

Their alignment wizard Korey was able to align my car when other shops would say "it's not adjustable". They were courteous and professional. They listened to me and aligned to my specifications. If you have an off-road or track/race vehicle that requires custom alignment specs, I would recommend their shop. A little more expensive than I was expecting. Korey did a great job!

I took in my 2017 Tacoma to get an alignment after getting new Toyo 33" MT tires from Discount Tire. They gave me a discount since I was referred to them (~$100). Initially I had some rubbing. I did some research about my lift and setup and went back after 2 weeks to have them make some minor changes. The alignment guy listened to me about the ability to increase caster with my setup, and was surprised how far forward he could move the tire and still be within spec. I went to Moab the next week and this was possible all thanks to Brown's West End. 2000 mile road trip and over 200 miles of rough trails and no rubbing!

So I'm traveling across country and went in there because my brakes were squealing. Told the guy I wanted a brake job and he told me it was going to be a few days to wait. Sure no big deal. Wait a couple days go in and drop the car off get a call about 20 minutes later not even really enough time for them to inspect the brakes telling me that I don't need brakes at all I still have 70%. So I think great that's awesome that's honest they're saving me money cool. Drive to Colorado two days later pull into a shop because I'm still hearing allowed squealing sound come to find out I have 10% on the rear and 15% on the front. So I guess my car was not a big enough project for them to take on so they pushed me off like everything was fine. Appreciate that service
