Knowledgeable staff & a local business who continues to support their community. Exceptional, knowledgeable & thoughtful staff. I’ve service all my vehicles there for over 20 years. Subaru, Honda & Ford. One of my most recent visits, they helped me with my daughter's windshield wipers, they were sold out & directed us where we could purchase...a bit of long story as the store who sold them to us gave us the wrong wipers... Masterlube got it all figured out & installed them for us.

Man these workers killed it. I went on an extremely busy day in which everyone in Billings seemed to be seeking an oil change. That said, all workers were kind, courteous, and thorough with their work. Start to finish these professionals provided excellent service in a timely manner and with a smile on their faces. I was in and out with top notch service in a timely manner even when they were swamped. I have been going to MasterLube for a while but I was beyond impressed with this crew on 1/30/2024! Give these workers a raise cause they deserve it! 😆

Traveling through Montana on a ten day family vacation and we needed to stop for an oil change. Out of hundreds of oil changes in my time, this was, by far, the greatest. Great eye contact from Gabe whom I spoke with on the phone a few minutes earlier, and he remembered our conversation, he was very pleasant, polite, and professional. The female tech coordinating all details with me had great eye contact, was gracious, sweet, and professional. The female at the front desk was poised, attentive, and polite. The other colleague of theirs that I briefly interacted with exuded the same spirit as the others. There was also a great motivating Master Lube training/points of motivation. poster in the restroom. Have never seen such a great thing. Moreover, the entire establishment was super clean, and smelled clean. The team at this Master Lube faithfully live their motto painted in their service bay: “Ladies and gentlemen treating customers like ladies and gentlemen.” Great people doing great people, treating people with dignity, worth and respect. Keep up the brilliant work!

I pulled in 15 minutes before closing on a Monday. If the staff was groaning internally, it never showed. Instead, they were friendly and methodical. More than that, they worked overtime trying to correct a defect in the hood of my car (a beater). The defect had been there when I drove up but because they're pros and value their customers, they wanted to fix it. I really appreciate their high standards and eye for details.

I'm from several states away, just out here for work and this is the best place to change oil I've seen. Super friendly professional service with a lot of amenities to provide while you wait including drinks and ice cream. Would totally recommend coming here!

I had my oil changed on June 6. I was pleased with the level of service siumilar to most of the comments. However, when I got home I found that my splash guard underneath the oil pan was not re-installed properly after the oil change. It was bent badly and missing a lot of the fasteners. If they did this then it was bad. If they found it this way when I arrived (which I do not think so but it is possible) they should have informed me and helped to fix it. I found this disappointing. I tried to call a few times to discuss this with them but I was not able to get through to them on the phone - they are quite busy.

Friendly staff, really fast and good at doing there jobs, while waiting they clean your car, I havnt had a problem with my car after getting an oil change. They will ask if u want a few other things and will look at your vents and air filter and windshield wipers while they under hood but they will never try to charge you for anything. Tgere just doing tgere jobs and tgere not pushy which I will go here again.

Wow, this place makes me want to get my oil changed all the time!! 😂 You can really feel the pride everyone has in their work! Very capable and honest, and got everything down quickly. Loved that they offered coffee and ice cream in their waiting room. Also really appreciated their culture that was on display - wellbeing tips in the restroom, a spot to share “Human Moments” and think good thoughts, as well as plaques honoring former alumni workers - some from 1986! - with their positive quotes! Just the way business should be!

Very friendly staff. I had a cover under my car that was hanging down towards the back of the car. They wired it up so it won't fall down anymore .so nice now, She asked me if I had AAA insurance i said I did so they gave me $7.00 off. That also was nice .I would recommend them .

Won't be back after years of oil changes here. The staff quality has gone down, they're rude and don't seem competent. Second oil change in a row where I requested no Windshield fluid and was ignored. The Windshield fluid they use freezes, It's Montana I am happy to put my own de-icer to use something that works. But either respect your customer's request or use a decent product.

I’ve gotten oil changes at two of their locations. The technicians were nice and professional and fast at both places. Yesterday it took 15 minutes maybe. Nice setup and well trained folks from what I can tell after 2 visits! Edit: Had a serious issue with wiper fluid freezing from the 3rd visit, but 4th visit was great, and they were aware of the washer fluid issue and assured me they fixed that. Got a super fast oil change and rear differential fluid on this visit, and everyone was again very professional and friendly.

A very pleasant way to begin the day! Why I chose Masterlube: The tire pressure warning light came on two days ago on my way home from work. I got nervous and checked the pressures when I got home. They were all low. That evening, I saw Masterlube's commercial for a free tire pressure check! The next morning, I stopped by the store on my way to work (very convenient) and 'took them up on their offer.' My experience: I pulled up to the door, they saw me immediately and carefully guided me over 'the pit.' I have a small/narrow car, so this was a very important step. I put my window down and told them what I needed. Within a few seconds, I found myself having a fresh cup of coffee while all three of the smiling and very attentive staff were giving me their undivided attention. One was checking the air preesure, another was washing my windshield, and the third was vacuuming the inside of my car! I was back on my way to work within ten minutes with the proper pressure in all tires. All at NO CHARGE!! This team of professionals really made my day. I have a new place to get my oil changed when it's time. Thank you!!

They were extremely polite and respectful. I usually use the dealership but this was so handy and quick. Very quick…I was in and out of there in 15 or 20 minutes. I’m at least an hour at the dealership. But here I didn’t have them vacuum or wash it or do the “24 point check”….just nice and quick. Worth it for today.
