I called Bickler's Auto & Truck Repair on a Wednesday, to get a quote for some work to be performed on one of my automobiles, and during that call, I was told that all of the mechanics were currently busy, however the lady that answered the phone took down the information about my car, and what I needed to be done, with my name and number, and told me that someone would return my call. After three days of not receiving a call back, ( the following Tuesday ) I called Bickler's again, and spoke with a guy, who once again wrote down my contact information, and the information about my vehicle, and what work I wanted performed, and he told me that he would call me the following day, with a quote. At 4:30 pm the following day ( it's now been seven days, since my initial call ) , I once again call Bickler's, and I ask if I could possibly speak with a manager or someone in charge. The guy informs me that he is the one in charge and his name is Bill. I explained to him that I have called there twice, to get a quote, to have some work done on my vehicle, and both times I was told that someone would call me back, and no one has returned my call. He goes into his spill that they usually have people bring their vehicles to his location, to receive a quote. I asked him if that was the case, why was I told that someone would return my call? He promptly, says " Bye " and hangs up. This business lacks customer service skills, and I would think that he would have apologized for no one returning my call, and taken responsibility for his employees dropping the ball.
