Amazing service at this location! Not only were they fast they were efficient. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I had 3 tires replaced in 30 minutes. While I waited they offered my water. Then they came out and explained to me that my tires had been replaced and that they were waiting to be balanced and once they completed all checks I would have my vehicle. They also used their tracker app here. This is best experience I have had at a discount tire.

Service is great. Only issue I had was the guy at the counter told me I was going to have to wait 2 hours to get my one tire put on, when I had an appointment for 4:30. I was about to get picked up by my wife, guy rolls around the corner with my car and ready to go at 4:50. So I guess communication could have been better amongst the techs and counter guys.

This was my second visit to this Discount Tire location, and once again they truly delivered. Douglas, who I believe is the manager, helped me resolve an issue I’ve been dealing with for a long time. I came in frustrated because my tire pressure light has been coming on constantly, and every other location I’ve gone to just brushed it off saying it was probably my driving or “just Houston roads.” Douglas actually listened. He didn’t dismiss me. He took my concern seriously and went above and beyond by having his team really look into it and find the root cause of the problem. As a woman, it can be especially frustrating when your concerns about your car are quickly brushed aside or not taken seriously. Douglas and his team made me feel heard and respected, and that meant a lot after feeling dismissed so many times before. This is how customer service is supposed to be done, listening, caring, and taking the time to truly help instead of giving quick excuses. I’m incredibly appreciative of Douglas and his team for their professionalism, patience, and genuine care. This location has definitely earned my trust and respect.

I got a nail in my tire and it was 30 minutes before Discount Tire closes for the day. It was going to take me ten minutes to get to the location and I felt that showing up so late and so close to closing time that I would be a nuisance to request a free tire repair. I was wrong. They were busy but they were very nice when I got there just as if I were the first customer of the day. They took their time checking out the tire and immediately took it into a bay for repair. It was done before they closed the store, quick. Even after I got there, five other customers showed up behind me and all were treated nicely. I guess I'm thinking it would upset me if I'm a worker trying to go home after a long day, and someone shows up near closing time. That really shows excellent customer service that they treated me better than I would have treated myself. Turns out I had two nails, not just one. I highly recommend this location for their dedication and service.

Just got new tires from here. Originally, it was a pretty straightforward experience. However when I got home, I find one of the tires was completely flat. I called and they told me to put the spare on and drive back in for them to fix it. When I got back to their store, they were unapologetic and I had two wait for over an hour for them to fix it. It was pretty disappointing. I would not recommend this store :-(

I ordered four tires online and had them delivered to this discount tire. I made an appointment for a few days later to have them installed. I got to discount tire a few minutes before my appointment time, and Roshaud met me in the parking lot. He knew exactly what I was there for without me even telling him. All four of my tires were installed within 45 minutes. Thanks for the efficient and friendly service!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will NEVER be back. I always use the discount tire across town, but decided to try this one today since it was closer. There was a nail in my tire that needed patching. The man that greeted me immediately said, nope, can't patch it because it's a bad tire. I asked how and all he said was look at it and just pointed to it. He didn't measure the tread or anything. He just wanted to sell me on a new tire because I'm a woman and he knew he could take advantage of it.. So I left and drove across town to the other location where I was greeted and the guy immediately scanned the tread of all my tires. Guess what?! They were all in repairable range and they were able to patch my tire! Do better and train your guys like the one's at the Pearland Parkway location!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this Discount Tire and today was much the same. Cameron took my vehicle's info, checked on the condition of all my tires, including the spare tire! Then he had his team inspect the tire with a slow leak. The culprit? A nail. The fix was done in under 30 minutes. Thank you for a quick yet thorough job. So glad to partner with these guys at Discount Tire who took care of me and my vehicle today.

I don’t care for this location first I was charged for a certificate because that’s what I had before. Never asked just added. Then they are lazy they ask the mileage on your car and instead of starting the car up and getting the exact mileage they add an additional 2000 miles on to your warranty which gives you a shorter life span on your warranty stop being sorry and lazy this is especially for Roman H who handled me that day. Do better not everyone is dumb or in a rush
