I had a alignment rotation and balance which they got wrong (shaking steering wheel) I took it back 3 times and they could not get it right. I then to it to another place and they solved it in one shot. Also, they left my car dirty. I almost gave up on this place however I got in touch with corporate office, they were right on top of it and took care of everything. I might not use this concord location again since the Pittsburg location was much better.

It's so hard these days to not feel like you're over paying for Service or being taken advantage of in your situation. I went to two other service centers before stumbling on Discpunt Tire. To be honest I was searching for new tires and was looking for Discount Tires and found Discount Tire, a family owned business. My first experience was great. No appointment, dropped in and got the best deal on tires and breaks than the other places I had gone to. I asked about a suspension issue I was starting to see and they gave me a quote a fraction of what I received from the others as well. The mechanics spoke with me, showed me the broken parts and I felt I was included in the process and very happy with the results. Jim, the owner, was very transparent and diligent in finding all the issues as some are just hidden and made sure my old 2010 Lexus SUV was safe to drive and make it another 100,000 miles. A gem in the East Bay. I will never go anywhere else for Service. Not just a tire shop...very professional... Thank you Jim for your help and compassion during our interactions. A+++

A buddy told me to go talk to Jim. I called, and right off the bat I knew that my shopping for tires was done. I found my place. So he tells me to come on in and let's talk. Well he can carry an honest conversation even telling me to check out his competitors. We shot the shit, and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase that he recommended. So, back in November I wound up with a flat from running over a small nail. I called these guys up, needing a same-day tire repair. Not only did they let me do a drop in with no appointment, they had the tire fixed up super fast and free of charge, neither of which they had to do. Who I assume is the shop manager also made me feel very welcome, offered to make me coffee, etc. Super great dude. I will definitely be back here and would strongly recommend it based on the level of professionalism alone.

I scheduled a tire repair service but after the service I found they damaged my wheel rim. In addition, my appointment service also include tire rotation but they lied and did not perform this service as the tire pressures for the other wheels do not change at all, which does not make any sense if the tire locations are changed…

I received a free oil change and vehicle inspection. ( Thank You Jim ). Went X-mas Shopping, came back and Jim ( The Owner ) said to meyour still here? I said Yes. It was 2 hours later, but they were short 3 men that day. I didnt mind because I was happy to get the free services. So finally when I left, They said we are giving you, ANOTHER FREE OIL CHANGE. The gentleman that work in this shop have excellent customer service. They really care about people. One of my relatives put their car in the shop that has a memory problem and I explained after he put the car in the shop that he's not gonna remember stuff. I told him not to put the car in the shop until he had all the money to pay for it these guys were so patient with his disability. I don't know who the owner of this place is, but this is something that I'm gonna post on other people's pages that lacking Customer Service these two gentlemen are excellent. When I was taking the photos to do the review before the transaction even took place. I wanted to do a review. They were so nice. It was a young man named Spencer that started bragging to me about how excellent customer service they render Spencer I totally agree these two guys rock. I've never met people like this in my whole entire life. If you want honest, work great prices this is the place thumbs up !!

Just got home from an awesome and fruitful experience with Big Brand in Concord! I spoke with Jim who is consistently super helpful and alwayyyyyyyyyss looking out for the customer! After I told him a bit of what I was looking for, he picked out these badass all-terrain tires for my Tahoe that was right in my budget! I love the price, and the ride! Plus it looks really nice :) I also got an oil change done and had them look at my breaks and suspension. Sonny and Hugo were so helpful in communicating what they saw during their inspections. I was able to see where my truck needed some love based on their inspection sheet. Everything was transparent and this helped me to prioritize my next repairs! I left with some estimates on a few things I already knew were gonna be coming up. Excellent customer service today thanks to Jim, Sonny and Hugo! I'll be in the next couple weeks to do my steering gear box! :)
