My check engine light was turning off and on, so I took my car over to get it checked out. They were busy the day I brought so I made an appointment with Mark for another day. I brought my car back and was told to leave it with then for half a day. Within 7 hours, Mark had diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part, and made the necessary repairs. My overall experience was great and I would definitely bring my car back if I have any problems in the future.

Been going to Mark for years. Great work, fair price. Mark is a certified master mechanic, not going to get that at the dealer. The only negative is they are busy so you have to make appointment but always makes his commitments. Mark is worth the wait if you have one!

Mark is the best. No questions about it. If you need car work done he's your guy. Even if you are on a budget or aren't sure what you need. My favorite thing to say to him is if your mom was driving this car what would you do...and do that. With a budget I've gone into him before and been like I am going on a road trip and need a service. I have an $800 budget Can you just make sure everything is good and safe and topped off. I think he came back and charged me like $400. You want a mechanic who's honest and Mark is as honest as they come.

Mark is the best and most trustworthy mechanic I've ever worked with. In this day and age, it's so hard to find people who are both highly competent and highly caring. Mark is both. Over the past 40 years I've been to several shops (including official Toyota dealers) that either overcharged me, upsold me services I didn't actually need, or botched the work and created more problems than I started with. I've been taking all four of my vehicles to Mark for the past few years and have always been happy with his work--and even more important, impressed with his integrity and genuine caring. It's obvious Mark's focus is 100% on solving my problem and not on trying to squeeze every dollar he can from me--unlike Toyota dealers--and I never worry about getting overcharged or upsold. I'm also always confident Mark will do the work right. If I could rate him 10 stars, I would.
