Very bad experience — stay away! The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. Their equipment is completely outdated and not capable of handling modern cars, especially anything 2021 or newer. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing and waste your time pretending they can fix things they can’t. I strongly do not recommend this place — avoid it and save yourself the frustration

Overall a poor experience. I went there for a coolant leak check, the front desk rep oversold and promised free coolant fluid top replacement and also promised we'll find and fix the missing cap bush. However, when the estimate/bill was provided none of this was true. Henceforth, we naturally took some time to consider this option, as it was not communicated clearly at the beginning, this delay in our decision led to complete mannerism change by the front desk rep. Lastly, at the time of leaving when we inquired about future possible coolant leaks and recommendations he may have, his response is it's your car and I don't recommend anything. From my standpoint, I am at service center to get your professional opinion and your response is I don't recommend anything, that definitely left poor taste with me. I personally wouldn't recommend this specific Midas location.

He made the whole experience smooth and easy, answered every question with patience, and treated me with real respect. One of the best employees I’ve dealt with in any company in a long time. I brought two vehicles to the Midas location at 2525 Monument Blvd, and the experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable. In all my life, no business has ever questioned me about why both vehicles had disabled parking placards. The employee, Isaías, told me that it “didn’t show in their system,” which I have never heard of before, and then proceeded to ask what type of disability I have. Those questions are inappropriate, discriminatory, and potentially against the law. A customer’s medical condition is private, and there is no justification for a business to request that kind of personal information. I expected professionalism and respect, not interrogation. I hope upper management takes this matter seriously, provides proper training to their staff, and ensures this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

I want to thank the front desk staff first — he was polite, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the mechanical service was very disappointing. I was charged $115 for wheel balancing and tire rotation, but there was no clear improvement after the service. They blamed the tires after doing wheel balance. No test drive, no inspection or giving advice that the balance wouldn’t help you unless you get new tires. I will never go to Midas again and won’t type this name. Paying this amount without any output or verified results is not acceptable. I purchased new tires from Walmart which cost me $300 in total included installation and wheel balance but here it’s above $1100. Because of this, I cannot recommend this location for mechanical work.
