So I lost the only set of keys I had to my 1992 Merc. Capri convertible. at the Mtz. Marina looking for driftwood in the marsh. I was actually able to drive it because of a" fluke ignition". Turns out I didn't even need a key?? So I was able to cancel AAA towing. First I called a locksmith recommended by AAA it boasted 24 hour support. That person told me he was eating dinner with his family and to call tomorrow after 9am. I mean it was Easter but I thought 24 hours meant 24 hours. So I did further research and decided to call Rex lock and Key. My first contact was Daniel he instantly put me at ease that they can make keys even if you lost the only set. Mind you my ID was in the trunk too. Any way long story short. Sam popped the trunk (hoping my keys were in there) I was able to get my ID and he was able to fix the ignition so that not just anyone could start and drive my car AND he made two sets in about 2 hours. Now I have an extra set. They were professional, fast and knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend them and I will use them again. I may even go back to the marsh and look for my other keys!

I will never use again! I have had them over twice- for the same issue, and thought I would give them another try. I called on a Tuesday for a Thursday 10 to 12 appointment with a half an hour call before hand. I took the day off of work waited, and waited. Nothing. At 2 o’clock I called called them and the woman on the other end was and so snappy and rude I could not Believe it! She said they were too busy to call and let me know he was going to be about 6 hours late! He might make it after 5, but he’s coming from San Jose, so maybe not. Right there that will lose my business. We have an appointment, you don’t show or call, make me call, and then you employ a very rude and disrespectful woman to give me words! Well sorry, I went to Concord locksmith. Logan was great and had the problem done in two hours!

Given 3 Calls, 2 E-Mails (w/pictures), never heard from them. I think my job, replacement of a lock in an open Safe was pretty straightforward but over their ability. I would not recommend their Services w/Safes

I used to love this place. There service is good but after spending $190 for a new spare, I got home with my new key and the trunk opener did not work. I live about 30 minutes away. So I called and they asked if I could bring it back (no apologies) and when I got there the next day, he held the button down for a long time and it works and he shakes his head at me like I'm an idiot. I would of loved a kind explanation that the remote THEY MADE wasn't as good as the one I had that worked much better. Next time I will go to the Honda dealer and not drive way out in Concord. The dealer was the same price.

This place really helped me out. I needed to get another key for my car cut and the FOB programmed. They were very professional and got the job done pretty quickly. I was a little nervous that the key fob that I brought in wouldn't work (because I bought it online) but I was fortunate that it did and they didn't have any problems doing what they needed to do. If I need any more keys made I wouldn't hesitate to come here.

I used their services a few times and they did not disappoint. Very generous with their advice and not pushy at all I thought. They once held an info that could've saved me some money, but they put their own interests/profit before mine, it is a business after all. Overall, do your homework and they will help you with what you need. Great front desk service as well as most of their "technicians".

Needed new keys to my Accord badly. I had to strap a rubber band around my last key just to keep it together. This store cut and programmed a new key in under 10 minutes! They ordered a new remote for a second key and promptly followed up with me when it came in. Thanks for your experience and great service!

I paid them almost 400 dollars and they left all the garbage in my truck of the things they used to fix my key Ignition. They scraped all the door panel where and they didn't even close the case that sits on My steering wheel the clips don't close abs when I drive it hits the steering wheel. They made me new keys and fixed the problem but broke and Scrape parts that where fine before taking it to them. It was very unprofessional the way they left my truck especially after paying that much.
