Our SUV had a slow leak in the rear right tire and we are about to go on a road trip. Luckily I stopped by big O tires for the repair because it was fast and reasonably priced. Even though it was a Saturday morning, Max helped me with the checking in and Pedro and staff were able to get me in and out less than 50 minutes. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Everyone there were friendly and professionals. I will return to them for future tires needs.

Horrible service. When I walked in the guy the office didn’t even greet me nor did he acknowledged me. None of the 3 workers acknowledged me. Kept on talking to one of the workers. His conversation went on for like 5 minutes at least. At least turn around and say I will be with you soon. Waited for a couple of hours for an oil change even though it doesn’t look like it was that busy. Trying to upsell me on my tires where he recommended to change all four tires but really only needed one. When my car was ready, the guy got on a phone call with a customer to go over his services. I was right there an ready to pay and get out of there. I had to walk up to the counter and had another guy check me out. Even that guy waited for the phone to finish up my paperwork. Overall it was a horrible experience. I only came in because I initially called to bring my bmw for an oil change. The person on the line told me I don’t need an appt so just come right in. I did but the guy at the store told me I have to make an appt. The only positive that came out from this was that he took my car in right away. Not knowing it was going to take more than a couple of hours - I could have just walked home and come back later due to the close proximity of my house. During my whole stay there, the guy never communicated with me about the long wait. Found out his name is Sam - from listening to the phone calls. Would be nice to have a nice greeting and introduce yourself and update when possible for people that are waiting in the store. In-store people should be first priority.

Great experience! It isn’t often you find an auto shop where the business is trying to do the best service AND find the best deals for the customer. Most places hike on fees after fees and don’t find the best deal for you. Sam was awesome, especially with the high volume of customers calling and walking in for service. He was very informative for other maintenance needed and was descriptive of what and why the maintenance is needed. An added perk is the fact that my car was finished before the estimated time while also being short handed on staff. I’ll be back for future work with this location! Thank you for taking care of my car!

We went in for an alignment and two new tires and they forgot to put one of the small middle caps on one of the wheels. I called and asked if they could mail it to us because we had been visiting family in Brea when we had it done. They told us they wouldn’t mail it to us, even though it was their fault for not putting it back on in the first place. I had to ask a relative we visited to go pick it up. Very unprofessional. We won’t go there again or recommend them to anyone. Bad service.
