I absolutely love coming to Bubble Down! The equipment here is really nice, and my car always comes out looking spotless. The staff is incredible especially Raul! He’s here every time I visit and always goes above and beyond with his respectful attitude and amazing customer service. You can really tell he cares about the customers. I highly recommend coming here — and make sure to talk to Raul, you won’t regret it!

Wanted to share how wonderful the staff is at Bubble Down in Palm Harbor. I purchased a Groupon for 3 washes, then realized when I was getting my 2nd wash that it was expiring sooner than I expected. Since I was going out of town for a while, the staff was kind enough to extend my Groupon for another month. I live in New Port Richey and it is so worth the drive because they really have the best car wash around!

Just awful I was a member here, went through 1-2x a week. It was declining with new ownership. One night I go through, the machine malfunctions and my car ends up ramming into the car in front of me causing damage. The cops came, they said the guy in front of me didn’t hit his brakes so there was no reason for him to stop and any claim would need to be filed with the car wash. I filed a claim, they said it wasn’t on them (even though it’s their machine that malfunctioned and cause the accident). They wouldn’t pay for any damages. Cancelled my membership and have since told everyone to avoid this place.

My car always comes out looking spotless at Bubble Down Car Wash. I leave feeling like my car just rolled off the showroom floor. I’ll definitely return and recommend Bubble Down Car Wash in Palm Harbor to friends and family. And rest assured, if there is a billing issue Bubble Down Car Wash in Palm Harbor will work to resolve the issue. Recently, I had a billing issue. And Maddie was on it! She reassured me that she would correct the situation and she did! Bubble Down Car Wash Palm Harbor your employee Maddie is a SuperStar! It was her attention to detail, outstanding customer service and her kindness. That made an unpleasant situation bearable. Maddie, thank you for being a person of your word.

Yesterday I went to Bubble Down to wash my truck and had a great experience! When I pulled up to the payment kiosk Raul was there to help me make choices with which plan to take. He also explained that after the first month, I could always change plans or at any time I could discontinue service. They explained everything to me and couldn’t have been nicer. I came back a little bit later with my other car and he helped me again. I wouldn’t have known that there is a multi vehicle discount. The wash was great. And the vacuums worked great And everything was clean and organized. I was a great experience.

Customer service is fantastic! My husband and I drive make the drive from Dunedin when we need to wash his truck & my car & it’s well worth the drive. I forgot the gentleman’s name but he wears a dark grey shirt (I think he maybe the manager/GM?) was so accommodating. My husband & I had brought our vehicles at the same time & he had actually signed up for a membership but I thought he had added me on there too. The gentleman was able to add me on to my hubs membership, free of charge! 👏🏼 he didn’t have to do that! So thank you!! I do have to say, this car wash, in my opinion, cleans a bit better than the place I was going to in Dunedin & their tire shine does work, per my husband. LOL. Plus side is the interior & glass cleaner at each station, instead of a few on a tray for others to use & towels available at the station too! Bonus points for cute air fresheners that smell good too! :) I was informed that they will be building a second location on Belcher at the old gas station behind the Publix which is great since it is less than 10 min from my house! 🥳

Raul was extremely helpful! He explained the memberships in detail. Even after I went through the car wash he came over to explain all of the benefits of interior detailing- highlighting the floor mat cleaners they had. There is a carpet cleaner for mats as well as a wash station for rubber mats. Great experience! Glad I got the membership, it was a great deal. Huge shoutout and thanks to Raul!

I needed a wash with all the traveling I've been doing lately in my personal vehicle. Cynthia sold me on the unlimited washes and it was the best decision. Here in Florida your cars get dirty 5 minutes after the wash seems like it. Bubble double down and wash 8 times a week if needed. Love the convenience and friendliness of staff especially Cynthia :)💜

After not washing the car for many months, visited the Palm Harbor location. The whole process was quick, easy, and super convenient—perfect for a busy schedule. The attendant was helpful at check-in area. in fact, all the personal were friendly and helpful. The wash itself did an excellent job. I opted for the "bestest" wash, The car came out a lot cleaner than it has been in many months. Even the tires came out looking great! I utilized the free vacuum and supplies to clean the interior and windows. I wish that there was a paid shampoo machine for deeper interior cleaning but most car washes in the area do not offer that service either. I did appreciated the well-maintained equipment and clean facility. Everything felt modern and efficient, and I was done quickly. For the price and convenience, you really can’t beat it. I’ll definitely be using this wash again—it’s the perfect balance of quality, speed, and value!

Customer service A++++++ Facility was clean organized all the machines were working perfectly. They provide at the entrance a self help brush you could brush some spots before entering the car was so help remove any hard spots to loosen up before entering the car wash after they provide the vacuum, pressured air to help blow hard to reach dusty area, clean towels to dry the car. Music was pretty good also. Love this place definitely recommend it 110 %.

Really good car wash. I was able to clean my car the way I wanted cleaned out and the free car freshener added an extra freshness to the car. None of the chemicals were watered down like other car washes I visited before. I will definitely be returning again. And also the choice of music as cleaned your car was an extra bonus. ONLY CAR WASH SPORTS CAR OWNERS SHOULD TRUST: I will not lie, I am not a fan of 95% of the drive through car washes being thrown up around town. Bubble down is different, whether it’s the free scent boosters handed out, the fact that each drying station has plenty of folded fresh towels, sprays, even carpet mat sinks. First impressions of meeting Raul at checkout were phenomenal. Super respectful and funny worker who actually enjoys his customers, conversations are not forced with him. Secondly, the man lining up tires inside the wash maneuvered me probably 8 times (which has never happened). Which having low profile tires with 305s is important to me to preserve my rims. He then let me know that he would disable a section of the wash to help the life time of my spoiler. Overall 10/10 car wash and drive through washes do no get better in the pinellas county area. Theres a reason this location is always busy.

The car wash does a great job- no damage to the car ever. I like being able to pull in and vacuum and clean interior and trunk if I want to. They have all of the cleaning supplies to make it easy. The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. The management supported a local charity event with a gift certificate- very community focused. I’m a member so I have unlimited washes. My sprinkler system leaves marks on my car so it easy to clean

I recently brought my truck through this carwash. Before actually going through, I stopped and made sure to speak with an attendant before doing so to make sure it was safe for my truck. I was told it would be safe and the attendant let me proceed. Their machine proceeded to malfunction, tear my $2800 light bar off of my truck, throw it onto my windshield destroying it, and then drag it across my hood and right fender. Ruining them as well. To their credit, their attendants took an incident report and told me that ALL of the damages would be covered. A few days later a person named Dylan from their corporate office called me and assured me of the same. Bubbledown paid for the body work and replacement windshield, but in the end refused to pay for my light bar even after I was told verbally by the local attendant and Dylan that they would. While I was onsite there were no less than 3 other vehicles filling out damage/incident reports. Beware of the damages this place can and will do to your vehicle.

Best self service car wash around! Had an appointment over off of US-19 but I live more central in Tampa but decided on my way home to swing through to wash my car. So glad I did, my experience started by being greeted by Raul at the pay station who was very knowledgeable and kind, then the wash process was a breeze to then be delighted with clean towels, two types of vacuums, a mat cleaner machine and more! Next time I pass a Bubble Down car wash I won’t even hesitate to stop! Plus you get a free air freshener!

I’ve been to maybe 6 different car wash brand locations around Tampa Bay, and I’ve got to say BubbleDown is the one that I always want to come back to! From the greeters at the check in station, all the way to what they offer in the vacuum and wipe down area, it’s just excellence! Even the customer bathroom is clean and always well stocked! I love how they offer two styles of vacuum wand, window and interior cleaner, an air gun for hard to get dirt or crumbs, and both a mat sink cleaning area AND an automatic mat washer machine. If you’re looking for a car wash brand to call “yours”, BubbleDown is the one! I know it’s hard in this economy (I haven’t been able to commit monthly myself and can only come as I’m able), but your car is worth it!
