Absolutely the most accommodating and honest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Regarding my car, I had been advised by the first mechanic (whom we have always used) that my car needed such extensive work that it would not be worth the cost to fix it vs. the value of the car. Furthermore, the first mechanic advised that I should sell it for parts and so that’s what I planned on doing. My neighbor suggested that I get a second opinion because something didn’t seem right with the first assessment. Called some friends and was referred to Ivan. Based on the high ratings gave him a call and explained what was going on. Had the car towed to Rapid Response— honestly expecting the same diagnosis and treatment was prepared to take a loss on the car. Rapid Response fixed it. The initial mechanic said the very base for them to begin repairs would be 6,000.00. Rapid Response was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue for the cost of labor, essentially. It was a simple fix that was glossed over by the other mechanic. Please, always get a second opinion— or better— go to Rapid Response first. They know what they are doing, are professional, personable and fair. I can’t thank them enough for everything.

I had a coolant system issue with my 2004 Silverado. He had to replace the radiator ,water pump, fan clutch and thermostat. Had some issues with the thermostat. But I was able to drive my vehicle until the issue was solved. On my last visit he put things on hold on his shop to replace the thermostat like he said. The man kept his word!!!!! To me that means a lot. 5 star service here. 💯 Thanks

Do not trust this guy, he us way over priced, will sell you junkyard parts and is flat out dishonest. He installed an alternator for me and 6 months later the part was bad. Told me it was under warranty but that he wanted ne to have diagnosed at the dealership before he honor warranty and do repair, mind you this is 98 frontier. Strung me along for over a week had me bring the truck in just call me back 5 mins later to try to convince me i had a starter issue and leave me stuck there without a ride home just find out all i had to do was charge my battery to get myself home.
