Poor service. Nothing but monkeys those Nissan workers installed one nut if a wrong size, broke one stud and forgot to install another. Multipoint inspection before selling is so great that it missed that as well as wrong sized wheels, misalignment, few broken parts and a whole bunch of other good stuff. Managers ignored me after purchase.

I was very disappointment with my time here. Went to look for a car. I did not even have the option to look at any cars on the lot before they just ran my credit and told me what I was approved for which was nothing what I wanted. They didn't go over price of the car, loan amount, bank or anything just a paper. I was the venue car at $800 a month. The communication was very poor. I ended up getting in a brand new Toyota at greens Toyota for $400 less and barely any interest. This was just my experience

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Don Franklin Service Center. I worked with the managers Andy & Jeff and the service advisor Josiah. I went to two other service centers before here and had bad experiences. I was ready to give up after that. Then someone I know recommended me to Don Franklin. They were able to diagnose my vehicle for me and complete the repairs in a timely manner. The customer service was fantastic. Blake (Service Rep) and Matt Gray(Grey) the Manager has always been honest, upfront, and genuine with me since day one. I had my vehicle serviced here since I bought the vehicle. They have been everything opposite you hear about a car dealership, these guys/ladies have always treated me and my vehicle with utmost respect. You are truly more than just customer number 21345009 at Don Franklin - very customer centered. I had my transmission replaced in my vehicle due a defect but they gave me a renal for entire month. They didn't charge me anything due to warranty - which is normal but additionally they touched up a scratch. I would strongly recommend.

If you have challenged credit don’t waste your time! Tried to go to the Hyundai side to trade in a 2022 Hyundai, wouldn’t even give me a number on trade, salesman never even gave name. He had car appraised and told me that NONE of the banks they would go though is open on Saturday….. WTH? Over the last 20 years I think I’ve bought every car I’ve had on a Saturday. So basically I feel they saw I wasn’t an easy guy that they could mark rate up on so pushed me away. “Treated like the red headed stepchild of the family” drove to Dan Cummins right after and guess what they got an approval on a Saturday. Go figure. BEWARE!!! Gone to hell since the Glenn family sold it.

Was told my car didnt need to be serviced after notification on dash board popped up lead to brand new one year old car with 20, miles to have a one inch puddle of water gave me an appointment 3 weeks later no reminder call text or email then called today and they told me I missed it and they could not get me in dont do business customer service is extremely sub par

Great experience from the sales team all the way to finance. We went to the Lexington Kentucky location. No hassling or feeling like your being taken advantage of. We bought 2 vehicles 2 weeks apart. My truck was in London Ky and they had it there in 2 1/2 hours for me to look at. Misty Roberts was our sales rep she is great. She spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with the car and kept my kids occupied. If she's not there talk to J Bond (007) he is awesome too. He doesnt hound you over a sale either. Tevis is a manager on the floor he is great. I didn't have to spend 3 hours on the lot trying to negotiate price. Everything was fair from the start. And James Anderson is in finance he is quick and detail oriented to get you out quickly with the best option for financing. We will be doing business with these guys for a long time. If you are looking for a vehicle they probably have it on one of their lots. Don't waste time with other lots.

My vehicle was certified pre owned. I used the wipers today and they are in need of replacement. I was overcharged on my state sales tax. They wouldn't give me the code for the keypad on driver's door. They wouldn't get me a second keyfob nor a front license plate bracket. I figured I'm out about $750. Probably won't be buying from them again.

As a 15-year auto industry veteran, this is the most disorganized and frustrating service experience I've ever had. After purchasing a car and extended warranty here, getting repair updates was impossible. Multiple calls to the advisor and manager yielded zero reliable status on parts, repairs, or estimates. I had to call the parts department myself to get an update on my vehicle. Their complete disregard for basic customer service is unacceptable. Go somewhere that knows how to treat their customers. I will never return for sales or service.

The worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of going to. Sales staff is pushy. Service advisors know absolutely nothing about cars and have no problem lying straight to your face. Everything about this business is dishonest and will never see a penny of my money again.

I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and aside from the first sales agent (that situation was resolved well on the part of the dealership) have had great experiences. About 6 weeks ago I purchased a brand new Hyundai sonata. It had less than 100 miles on it at purchase. I test drove it but never on the highway. The same day I bought the car, on my drive home, I noticed vibrations in the steering wheel and coming through the seat and pedals when going 65-75 mph. The next day my tire pressure notification came on, every tire was at 28 or lower, which personally I think that should have been checked before I brought it home but I digress. I thought maybe that was the cause of the vibrations and filled my tires. The vibrations did not go away but I did not have time to bring the car in until recently. My first appointment was on 11/21. Initially they told me 2 people had taken the car out and couldn’t feel anything. I took the car out with a technician and he was able to observe what I was feeling. They performed a “fix” and sent me on my way. On the way home as soon as I got on the highway I noticed the vibrations were worse. Immediately called and scheduled and appointment for 11/26. On 11/23 I hit a curb. Nothing serious and not in any way related to the initial issue. At my second appointment on 11/26 they claimed the damage from the curb was what was causing the issue all along and wanted me to pay $1500 for a new tire that likely wouldn’t even fix the issue, since it happened AFTER the first visit. A very frustrating experience where they just seemed to pick something that would be an easy fix/reason even though it had no relation. I paid for a brand new car and expected it to run as such. Definitely will not be using them for future issues or purchases as they have lost my trust completely

This was my very first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chad was absolutely awesome – he was knowledgeable, friendly, and zero pressure the entire time. He gave me plenty of space to think things over without hovering, which made all the difference. When I told him what I was looking for, he didn't try to steer me toward anything; instead, he grabbed keys for 5 different cars that matched my criteria and simply said, "Have at it!" I got to test drive and explore on my own terms. I walked in around noon, and by 3 PM I was driving home in my brand-new car. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Huge thank you to Chad – you're the kind of salesman who makes people actually enjoy buying a car. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically ask for Chad if you're in the market. 10/10 experience!
