Terrible place, they will keep your car and will not give you up dates on the status if you call. Unprofessional and they don’t even know what they’re doing. I highly recommend people to not go here to get there car fix.

While on my way out of town, my car stated acting up. I got off the interstate and started toward advanced auto thinking I needed a new battery. I got to the light at broadway and newcircle and my car shut off and wouldn't start back. I had my 5 y/o with me and it was pretty cold out, so now we had no heat. Next thing I know, there is a guy coming from the shop to help us out! He jumped my car and realized there was something more. He helped me get my car into the lot, replaced a terminal on my battery and then it died again. Realizing I needed an alternator I went into the shop and they were so friendly and helpful. They got my alternator changed pretty quickly. All after 5pm. Best service I've ever had!!! Thanks so much to all you guys for all you did for us.

When you get in to get your car in to get it fixed I have never had a problem but the customer service rep lady is very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to drop my car off before work in the morning which i have done plenty of times before but today she was in the background screaming it could not be done while i was talking to a gentlemen on the phone. Service starts at the front door with me and I will NEVER be back or give anymore referrals! Ain't no need to be rude!

I had a great experience here. Howard squeezed me in the day I called to schedule an appointment. They replaced my brake pads and rotors in under 1.5 hrs. I had called a couple different places to get quotes and none were even close to what he charged me. I’ll bring my cars back here for any service in the future.

This place came recommended to me by a neighbor and I am SO happy to have called them. They are such kind people and very willing to help. My truck was having wiring issues in the back, I had tail lights but no blinkers, hazards, or brake lights in the tail. I prayed during my Bible study time with God prior to coming and I'm grateful God answered my prayers, these guys fixed my truck and got myself and my kids back on the road in no time. As a single parent of 4 girls I appreciate the price they gave me, too many other garages try to take advantage of women, but not these guys. I hope God truly blessed this shop, I'll be praying for them.

They had my car for 6 months, until rushing the work and completing my remanufactured engine in one day. A cigarette butt and dead mouse were in my car when I picked it up just days before moving out of state. The air filter box was makeshift and zip tied together. Each time I reached out to this shop, I heard another excuse and no ownership was ever taken for the horrible work done to my vehicle.
