Will never go there again. I was there today. Had the full service. It was out in 10 minutes. I said they needed to put it thru a second time. There was catsup on the gears that I had spilled. Never touched. Cup holders not touched. Dirt on the seats. After they took it thru a second time the dirt on car seats was still there. I scraped it off with my the spray and towels in my car and it came off fine. Save yourself money and time. Don’t bother. Never ever again. $26 wasted.

I was very disappointed with the quality of my car wash today. It wasn’t busy, and I even took the time beforehand to move and clean the interior of my truck, putting the rear seats up so they could easily vacuum underneath. However, when I got back into my truck, I noticed the back seat was never put down. When I lowered it in front of a worker, there was still debris and a dirty seat clearly visible. Instead of addressing it, they just closed the door without saying anything. After getting settled, I also noticed they missed visible crumbs in the door handles in the front and rear doors and cup holder in the front seat. For a full-service wash, I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Very disappointed. First time ever they did not wipe door frames inside or dashboard, or vacumm the back window area...bugs left there. Hope you can see in the pics. Poor job, has never happened before

Awesome car wash service. Someone drives the vehicle the the wash for you and it's hand dried by the employees. Keep in mind this is not a touch less wash. They use cloth brushes during the washing. I've taken my vehicle here for an interior detail clean multiple times. They do a great job with detailing even after I exploded a soda can inside my vehicle. Edit: 02/23/2022 5 stars down to 1 star. I paid for a exterior wash and interior wipe down and vacuum. I understood my expectations coming in with an express clean but the results were awful. My interior didn’t even get touched. No vacuuming or wipe down. The initial employee was not friendly. The lady in front of me asked for help to pump gas and the gentleman stood there and stared at her. She proceeded to drive away. Overall, I would save your money and do it yourself.

First and last time coming here left streaks all over my windows didn’t even bother to wipe my rims and I noticed that two have my wheels must have been rubbing up against the rail and also noticed parts of my wheels were chipped the list keeps on going my weather mat on my driver side was soaked and since they put the tire shine on my tires while they were still wet it slinged everywhere.

New review updated: Came back a few times after this. Last week, the team did a much better job at cleaning the car. However, I only ask for the exterior cleaning from now on. ————— This place is really going down hill. First time, great experience. Recently, paid for the Full Service $23.99 the first time… Exterior is ok. Interior, only carpet were washed, and nothing else. The napkin that left behind was even crumbled. I was shocked because I expected at least the dashboard should be cleaned. All the comments said to report dissatisfaction on the spot, but they just took the claim check and told me to leave. Now, I don’t really know what should be cleaned if I purchase the full-service wash, because it’s not much different than the $9.99 for exterior, besides my weatherproof carpets were washed?

I got my car washed this morning, inside vacuumed, and the whole shebang! It was the cleanest I've ever had, the crew was friendly and did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this car wash over any other in town. Keep up the good work!

Normally I like getting my car washed at Don's. This last time I went though they never wiped off the dash or the rear door jams like they usually do. If I'm going to pay almost double the price of a automatic soft touch wash I expect them to at least wipe down the dash, and clean the windows inside and out. Hopefully next time it will be better.

When you pay to have it to be vacuumed in the inside and they DON'T at all. That really sucks $18 for a vacuum in the vehicle and then not vacuum at all......kinda BULLSHIT!!! My vehicle is very clean usually so to notice they didnt vacuum at ALL is a rip off!! From now on Ill do it myself!!

First time using Dons and I must say, TRASH service. Exterior was good I give them that, but the inside was not taken care of. I got the full service waxing and everything. I watched 6 ppl attack the car, thinking oh this is about to be awesome. After they were done floor mats still soaked. Fries and dirt still all under the seat, cup holders and dash still dirtied. I’ve literally cleaned this car 10 times better than they did after a road trip with kids. Using only a 7 dollar wash and free vacuum. So for 30 plus dollars, this was LITERALLY TRASH SERVICE .

The wash itself does a good job. It's the interior that really doesn't look like it was wiped down. The only reason I went to Don's today is because I need the interior wiped down, and I thought, why not. I'll give them another try.. But I don't think I'll be back. I'll just do it myself.

Came for protect package. Tipped each worker $5 just for me to get in my car and they broke my seat adjuster. Called and spoke to the manager to see if they can fix what they broke! It was like speaking to a kid that wasn’t listening at all! He then tells me to go to steens and berg. I don’t know if it was the manager over at S&B But he made it clear he’s tired of the manager at DON CAR WASH sending people to him especially people like me(not sure what that meant) then proceeded to say I don’t work on things like this!

We got the works car wash. All the men worked so hard and did an excellent job. Our car was extremely dirty inside. They were all so kind and polite and all with smiles, even when we asked for a couple small areas to re do.

This place is honestly confusing. I didnt know i was supposed to stop by a little hut on the way to the car wash, the guy was quite rude about it. And then, I read the directions on the sign while waiting but was still super confused at where to go and the poor guy manning the til was so overwhelmed, he asked for a couple minutes to gather his thoughts. When it was time to wait for my turn to collect my vehicle, I was flagged over only to be told. Sorry, not yet. They did a good job on the actual carwash and interior cleaning but everything else was so confusing.

First time ever at don’s carwash in town visiting family traveling on Military orders and was looking to get a car detailed to be sold. Upon arrival was greeted with possibly the worst employee (named Josh) I’ve ever seen or meet. Upon greeting he smashed my car window hard enough to chip the widow and then proceeded to my shock aggressively shove his face into my window while cursing me and belittling me for his own small mind ego after this altercation he slammed my ticket into my hand while giving me the finger. In all my life I have never experienced such lack of respect from a customer services position and strongly recommend this employee be terminated. As for the future I will encourage those around me to never trust this company or their service again.

I have been coming to Don's for many years. Don's is the most expensive car wash in town but at the same time the most thorough car wash. They do an amazing job. Are they perfect? No, but they completely clean your car inside and and out. They do it quickly as well. I choose to use Don's generally after long trips in the summer and a couple times during the winter months. Today I got gas and the Works Package. They did a very good job.
