I went in for an oil change. After their inspection they recommended I replace the serpentine belt. The belt had been replaced the week prior and was brand new. There was a whole lot of backtracking and excuses when they were called out on it. It’s one thing to upsell air filters and windshield wipers, it’s another to recommend completely unnecessary repairs. Shady.
