They did a thorough investigation and although my truck would not replicate the issue for them, they did enough research to determine that changing the oil to a special brand would take care of issue. I am from out of state and used a Land Rover mechanic finder, I found Matt's Automotive & Collision Center in Fargo ND. I was not sure, but needed my 2009 Range Rover checked out. I arrived and found the shop staff to be very friendly and professional, I explained my issue and they have a RR guy on staff!! I felt better, I would definitely recommend this shop to fellow RR owners!! My RR is running great and will definitely come back when I return to COLD ND!!!

Went in for an oil change and standard maintenance. Told me my struts and other needless repairs were needed as “the manual states struts need to be replaced every 50k miles” (this isn’t true). Tried to charge $100+ for a cabin air filter replacement, and when i declined, didn’t even put my original one back in?

This fall, my family needed new tires on our Expedition. We tried a couple of other tire places. The first few didn't want to install the tires I wanted to the vehicle. Another tried to install them, but quickly said it couldn't be done due to the width of the aftermarket wheels and tried to sell me a brand I never heard of. We swung by Matt's Automotive on 52nd after a short phone call with one of their guys. They brought in the tires we wanted, and after a lot of elbow grease, they were able to make them work out. Their pricing was on point or less than others that quoted us and they didn't want to give up until this worked out.

We were traveling from Idaho to Minnesota and broke down on the highway. The tow truck got us to Matt's late on Friday evening. Monday morning we met with Andrew Millage and discussed the plan for repairs. What a great professional job he did. Talk about good communication. He let us know what was going on every step of the way. The work done was great and the repair was completed in a fraction of the time we expected. Thanks to everyone at Matt's for a great job.

I had body work due to an accident (not my fault so I can’t speak to pricing) but when I picked up my vehicle, it looked brand new…inside and out. Embarrassingly, it was quite dirty inside and they detailed it and looked great! Was not expecting it but pleasant surprise! Great place!

I’m very disappointed in the service I received first they told me there was a free examination of my issue, but once they found or scanned my vehicle which I could’ve done at O’Reillys for free they said they needed another $200 in order to search it out further they came back to me said they needed a crank sensor for 600 or actually $800 total. I said to go ahead once they had that still didn’t run so then they needed another $200 to check further there they found that my timing chain was not timed right so they needed another $2500 to fix it. I agreed when they started it, it didn’t run very good so they needed another $200 to further examine it then they found that I had a valve stuck to fix that. They wanted another $2500 at that time. I just took it away from them and went to someone else and they only asked 1300 and it ran good after that when I left their shop I had three lights on that were never on when I first brought it in.

We dropped off our 2018 Toyota Camry for a rear bumper. We had a fender bender and needed to get our rear bumper replaced or fixed. Both exterior and interior of the facility looked very clean and the guy who had to deal with our car and the time consuming head ache of insurance coverage for the cost of the repair was Andrew. Very professional and just down to earth. He even gave us a complimentary Teddy Bear. When we picked up the car, the car looked like it was brand new from the dealership. They not only repaired our rear bumper but the guy responsible for detailing the car was exceptional. It was beyond our expectations. These guys do phenomenal work. You can tell that they take pride in their work and love working on cars. The car looked like it had a brand new life. It brought us a new appreciation for our Camry. ❤️

I have a van with almost 150,000 miles on it. I brought it into the dealership because there was a vibration in the front end. They unconfidently told me they thought it was a CV shaft. Brought it into Matt's for a second opinion, they did a much more thorough review. Struts, tires and alignment and I'm back in business and the vibration is gone. Also took good care of me with a loaner while I waited for the fix and helped me coordinate transportation. Great service.

I got my vehicle detailed at Matt's Automotive. They did an excellent job with the interior detailing. I paid for a basic exterior wash with a full interior detail. The interior looks better than when I got it from the dealership. Having a growing family with two kids and pets, the interior was begging to be cleaned. Matt's did a phenomenal job bringing it back to looking brand new. I also get my oil changes done with them as well as random maintenance requests here and there, requested very specific all-terrain tires for my vehicle as well and they got it done. They've been amazing to work with.
