I was here Friday, looking for an estimate, and they treated me vary poorly, didn't give me a estimate, but gave me a sheet of paper with my name, address, and the words "your car is totaled" on it. i was not impressed. i could have told them that much,

Top Notch! I hit a deer with my pickup a little while back. It didn't look bad at first but certainly once we got it in and looked at things there was a lot more to it, as one would expect. Mike and the guys were awesome and very easy to work with. My pickup was in and out very timely and communication along the way was great. Highly recommend them.

My 2013 Civic needed a cracked windshield replaced and a dented rear door fixed. Fargo's Finest did an awesome job. The new "skin" on the door matches the rest of the car perfectly. And they finished off the repairs with a cleaning (and waxing?) job on the car that makes it look brand new. Above and beyond! I thought "a windshield is a windshield" but during the estimation meeting, Mike explained the options for types of windshield glass and difference in quality and cost. The work came in on the promised time and for the estimated amount. Hopefully my car will stay undamaged but if I need body work done on it again, will definitely go to Fargo's Finest.

They're a bit old school but they do great work and are up front and transparent about costs (which are fair). They even touched up a rust spot on my door free of charge when I brought my car in for an unrelated body repair. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I brought my Mercedes in after a hail storm had done some minor damage to it. I just wanted an estimate to see if it was worth paying my deductible to fix it...I would have fixed it regardless. The man that looked at it told me that hail will not chip the paint, only dent it. Unbelievable! I had a Mercedes before a hail storm with no paint chips, and after the storm.. Guess what.. PAINT CHIPS! Not sure what the motive was here, but he definitely lost a paying customer... Insurance covered or not.

If I could give negative stars I would I brought my truck there cause lack of knowledge on insurance claims. I was told they would fix everything even the Axel that was bent. They didn't fix the Axel because it would of put them over the limit and would of totaled the vehicle. They fixed a couple things that wasn't part of the damage from being hit to come up just a hair under the totaled title cost. They broke the trim holding my windshield in and it whistled and could feel air as you were driving. Totally unsafe. They argued the fact and it wasn't missing when I dropped it off. They are crooks and lied right to my face. The Axel was bent and you could feel the wobble as you drove. I had to bring it to an honest mechanic and it was over 1000 to get it fixed right. Stay away they have no problem ripping you off

this is the best place to go.if u need help doing an insurance scam. they will claim they replaced a rear bumper on a black jeep and then let u take insurance money and buy a aftermarket part and claim they fixed it . they don't give a receipt. just a quote. that they say u paid it on both you and the owner who works at gateway building systems have been turned Into the insurance commissioner for. insurance fraud for trying to pull a fast one on me. claiming we damaged the bumper in a way that wasn't even possible, i also did a charge back on my credit card that I paid with. as you fraudulently claimed you fixed that part when you clearly lied and didn't fix it , pics were taken. afterwords, this place is shady. sketchy and lacks integrity clearly the are about helping out friends and screwing over. people

You guys have a lot of bad reviews. Honestly you should let Corwin just buy you out. This place is probably fargos “just fine”-st. Would I rather bring my car to a place that is “fine” or bring it to a place where “quality” is the first word. Spoiler alert: neither. You guys shouldn’t have to tell me how good you are in the name. Just be good. Northwest body shop is probably better because they are honest with their name. They are north west. Or Luther. Luther is an honest name because the owners name is Luther.

Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.
