Been using Don’s for a few years now. It’s hard to find quality mechanics in this day and age d age that will treat the customer with respect and actually listen to their concerns. My dashboard warning lights kept light up. Took the vehicle in and they fix it. Drove it home and boom the lights came back on. Called and took the car back. This continued a few times until they fixed my car. They don’t quit until you are satisfied. They care! Don’s staff is a wonderful group to deal with. They are honest and charge fair prices and don’t nickel and dime you. I will go no where else ever again!

ALTAMENTE LO RECOMIENDO!!! Mi auto estuvo 4 días en un dealer Toyota, y perdí el tiempo, no pudieron identificar el problema. En solo 4 horas, asunto resuelto!!!. I love these guys! Neal and his group of first class mechanics keep my 2002 Jaguar XK8 in the best possible condition and she is a beauty. Even when Neal can’t find a part because of the age of my car they find a way by making what they need. This means everything to me because my late husband gave me this car new as a birthday present. Every time I drive it I am reminded of the fantastic times we shared so Neal and his guys aren’t just keeping an old car going. They are helping to keep my memories alive. I trust Don’s Complete Auto 100%! Woody checks my car in at the front desk, while Neil and all the auto technicians service my car like I was family. I buy my tires from them and they go above and beyond to recommend the right tire for my car and my driving habits! I am currently cruising around on Cooper tires. They hug the road in rain and are big, shiny and give a super quiet and smooth ride. Best of all Don’s Auto rotates them every oil change for FREE, which makes them last longer. This is just a glowing, unbiased review for Don’s Complete Auto on Vine Street in Kissimmee, near the railroad tracks. You can trust them. They are Not pushy.
