I had the best experience ever at this Auto Zone location out of all the Auto Zone’s I’ve ever been to in Kissimmee. A young white male employee by the name of Gideon if I spelled it correctly was the best in customer service. He went way beyond his expectations to serve me as a customer. Its employees like this that needs to be in management positions. I hope he is never overlooked for any promotion that is due to him. I had to do a review for a young man in this store named Jerson. I am a nurse who knows what it feels like and knows what it’s like to be a helping hand and save others when in need. This gentlemen saved me today. He went above and beyond as I was stuck with a bad battery. He deserves to be recognized and if allowed to be given a raise. He was well mannered and made sure I was taken care of. Because of him I will only get my services through this store. Gideon is an exceptional employee who genuinely cares for the customers. I was in a tight spot and he helped me out big time despite the actual managers there not caring at all and even going out of their way to tell Gideon not to give me any assistance because it was 30 minutes before close.
