The guys at Cal World were very helpful and knowledgeable, have my wife and I a good understanding about which caps would fit our truck, thoroughly reviewed all the different features of each and the cost comparisons,as well as letting us know about online coupons we could use. Told us how long it would take to order the cap for our truck and called us when it was expected to be in so we could schedule to have it installed. Took as long as they said it would and no longer.They buy that installed it went over it thoroughly with us and said we could stop back at any time if we felt it needed any adjustments or we had any concerns. Wonderful to deal with,very honest and trustworthy.

These guys were great. I ordered a tonneau cover for my wife’s Gladiator. I called the 2 nearest Cap World locations. Orlando wouldn’t install it because I didn’t buy it from them. Kissimmee gave me an appointment right away. I showed up for the install and they opened the package and found that some of the hardware for the Bakflip was missing. They ordered the parts for me and called me as soon as they came in. I went back and they did the install. They were great to deal with. Cover looks great. Thanks.

Took full payment for install on running boards, even took instructions, get there, they leave my car running for 6 minutes while looking at it??? When I ask why my car is still running, I get an excuse and then suddenly they can’t do the install… Good thing my vehicle sends me notifications… No regards for people’s time or property. There’s better places, more professional and cheaper!!! Got them installed in half the time they quoted, payed half the price. DO YOUR Research!! There’s tons of other places!

Truck Bed Cover (2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trailboss) I am VERY happy with my experience with this business. They deserve every star. Larry and Ryan were very kind, professional, and calm. They did not waste my time, and did not try to hoodwink me. I have a 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trailboss (with compartment tailgate). Not all covers fit my truck, but they showed me my options. I thought I’d have to come back after ordering, but they had the cover in stock. Installation only took maybe 10-20 minutes to install. 2 guys installed it beautifully. They showed me how to operate the cover and all the variations. I am extremely happy. The price was very fair/reasonable. Would recommend.

Both the sales guy and the installer were awesome. First, the communication was beyond what I expected, I expected great communication. Second, when my topper was ordered the estimated arrival was supposed to be 8 weeks. The topper arrived early and they got me in super quick for the install. I also ordered floor mats that came the next day when they were supposed to take 3 days. The day of install I was early and I was expecting to wait. They got my truck right back. When they were finished the installer was very thorough on explaining the installation and how everything worked with the topper. The overall experience was great and they far exceeded my expectations! (I'm terrible with names to post who the interactions were with) All great guys!
