DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. Owner is very disrespectful, doesn't have any empathy, respect, compassion, etc for a human being, and his attitude was nasty since the door was opened and I asked who the owner was. We had an emergency at the middle of the road, and we just needed a single tool, an allen key it was not something we could steal and sell it and make money out of it. When I got in to asked again why we can borrow it, he didn't even let me talk and jumped and start yelling at me saying NOBODY is coming here to tell me how to manage my business.I tried to talk to him again, trying to introduce myself and he started raising his voice even more and started to go out of his counter and almost pushed me outside, which thinking know, I should let him doing it, because he can have the reserve of admission, but not the one of what legally is call "agression" and when he closed the door he almost crushed my fingers. I got so mad that I tried to, talk to him trough the door and he just kept insulting me. Luckily his mom wasn't there to see how much effort she put to try to raise a gentleman, he became a disrespectful savage. I am 100% with the fact you are not obligated to lend your tools or anything to a stranger, but only the fact that you can't feel compassion for a person in need tells a lot about a person. I can not imagine how the customers are treated, just a fake face and fake smile for bussiness, as I can read the reviews I am not the only one with issues, luckily it wasn't have anything to do with my car, it was just of the lack of humanity. I own my business and I will NEVER, EVER will deny help to anybody, because. What goes around, comes around. Statistics say, for every unhappy customer you lose 10 . So 7 years of "luck" (sarcastic voice) for him, now I am going to calmly sit and wait for his answer.

Horrible shop. Will take your car then hit you with a crazy diagnostic fee and tell you it’s cash only. They are only friendly when you are on board with the scam but the minute you call them out they get disrespectful and crazy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a terrible experience with this shop — poor customer service, no transparency about their $600 diagnostic fee (which was only mentioned after I towed my car in, visited three times, and emailed all the info they requested). When I reasonably asked about guarantees and questioned the fee, they became extremely rude and ultimately refused to service the vehicle. They don’t post any hourly rates or shop fees upfront, leaving customers in the dark. Their attitude and lack of professionalism mirror many of their existing 1-star reviews here and on Yelp — I wish I had checked those first. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

⚠️ Warning to others ⚠️ I had a terrible experience here. This complaint concerns what I believe to be dishonest and unethical business practices. I brought my car to this shop because it would not start. After two days, the shop owner called me and told me that my vehicle had a short circuit but said he didn’t know where it was coming from. I replied that I already suspected that, and that the reason I left the car with him was to determine the location and cause of the problem. I had been charged $320 for this so-called diagnostic. He then told me that if I wanted him to find out where the short circuit was coming from, I would have to pay additional money. At this point, I felt he was being dishonest and trying to take advantage of me. I informed him that I would be picking up my car and would not be moving forward with any further service. When I arrived at the shop, I noticed several new “Cash Only” signs posted that were not present when I originally dropped off the car. I only had a credit card and told the owner this. He claimed that their card system was down, which I believe was untrue and simply a way to avoid accepting traceable forms of payment. I was forced to call the police. When an officer arrived, he asked the mechanic if his system was down and whether I could return the next day to pay with a card. The mechanic said yes, so I agreed to return the next day. However, when I arrived the next morning, the owner immediately called 911 and reported me for trespassing. I was shocked. I had simply come back to pay, as we had agreed. I also called 911, and when officers arrived, I explained everything, including giving them the name of the officer from the previous day. Unfortunately, the officers told me there was nothing they could do. The mechanic still refused to accept a credit card and demanded cash. I had no choice but to use cash that I had saved for my mortgage payment, just to get my car back. While I waited for the tow truck, the police told me I had to wait across the street due to the trespassing accusation. I was devastated. I had not done anything wrong. Later, I discovered that my pastor had a similar experience at this shop. I also reviewed the business on Yelp and found multiple other complaints from people who experienced the same dishonest behavior — particularly about being forced to pay cash and receiving vague or incomplete diagnostics. At this time, I am not requesting a refund, but I am asking for an investigation into this business for deceptive and unethical practices. I believe this shop uses the “cash only” policy to avoid chargebacks or disputes through financial institutions — a strategy designed to take advantage of customers. Many of us work hard for our money, and it’s deeply upsetting to be treated this way. Please consider this complaint seriously and investigate the practices at this location.

Had a great overall experience. Do yourself a favor and come here first to have your vehicle serviced. Brought my bmw here a few days ago and let me tell you these guys do a thorough job. Came in to address a sound coming from my cv axle. Paid for the diagnostic and they found another major issue with the suspension that was allegedly “ fixed” by another shop a few months prior. Jonathan was able to address both issues in a timely matter. He also pointed out other things that would need servicing in the future. This place is not the cheapest, but I can confidently say I trust this shop with all future repair and maintenance issues with my bimmer. Thank you again for going above and beyond to get me back rolling.

I came to Euro Car Diagnostic & Repair because my Mercedes needed Service B maintenance. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Johnathan. He was professional and friendly. We were able to schedule my appointment for the next day. As I arrived, he remembered me and we spoke about my car and he brought up a report of past services on my vehicle. He was very helpful in talking me through what had been done to it and addressed anything else he saw that needed to be done, which I appreciated. Johnathan has made my experience pleasant! I will be making this my go to place for my vehicle. Also, more than fair prices!!

I can’t say enough about Johnathon and his team. I’m elated to find a shop that not only does great work- they are trustworthy. I had an awesome experience- even before I arrived- I got feedback on the probable issue. You can’t go wrong using Euro. I just picked up my car on 7/31/25. Rides smooth. I will never go back to the overpriced dealership.
