When my car or my kids car needs some work I come here, even without appt, I know they are busy but they do a great job every time. I have peace of mind knowing that my car or my kids car are in good hands. The manager Pedro is very knowledgeable and he explains everything that needs to be done. Very good prices and an excellent service. I really recommend them, these people and the store manager Pedro went out of his way to help :)

I am a 63 year old retired disabled veteran. I just needed a front light bulb changed and a tire pressure sensor. They told me it would take two hours of labor because they had to remove the front bumper. I knew it would not. It took about 45 minutes but they still charged me for two hours of labor for that very simple job. I did not have the tools or I would have done it myself. Honesty and quality work is very hard to find these days.

We were on vacation in Kissimmee and had a nail that penetrated one of our tires causing a slow leak. Mavis took care of issue ricky tick which helped us out tremendously. Special shout out to Mike for his professionalism. I highly recommend this Mavis location for your needs.

The people at mavis were very respectful. I came in with no appointment for tires and alignment and they had everything done in about an hour- hour 1/2. I thought everything was good until I got home and saw there was damage to my vehicle. I looked at old pictures to make sure the damage wasn’t already there and it wasn’t. Very disappointed. Things have already been tough financially. So I was not prepared to spend money on this. You put your trust in people and all they do is let you down. This is how business is done in kissimmee. Anyone know a better place to live? I’m sick of this place
