Be aware when buying a car from these people they come off to you like family oriented and nice but they have they tricks up there sleeves I bought a car from them and the same day I took it home the car transmission started acting up I called to tell them they told me bring it in. In witch I did the very next day they came and reset the computer to the car witch was a Ford Focus for those that don’t know it has and electric transmission in witch you can reset and the car will run good till the computer reads the problem again and you will be back to square one. The so called mechanic advised me to sell it as soon as possible and that they don’t take cars back or refund money cause they sell as is ..why tell me that if you so call sell good cars . They new exactly what they did when they sold me a lemon.. but I’m definitely not staying like this !!!

I went in to my Air Conditioning fixed, it was acting up, only air was blowing through the feet vents and no where else, but the owner of the place, Jimmy is a really solid awesome guy. He is very trustful, offers really good and economical prices, and it doesn’t feel like he’s cheating or robbing you of your money, he shows you what’s going to be done and he shows a before and after. I’m a happy customer, I’d highly recommend him to anybody for anything because trust me because he knows his stuff, he’s very experienced. THANK YOU JIMMY !!

I bought my 2005 Honda from Jeremy at Ion motors and I love that car! I’ve had to take it in for a few repairs and Chip and the gang have always taken good care of any issues that needed service. This new facility is beautiful, spacious and it’s at a great location. I’ve known this family for more than five years. I bought 4 cars from them which we still drive today. Jimmy has been my mechanic for many years and he’s honest, very reasonable and he will always work with you. What I love about this business is their integrity, honesty and commitment to serve you. Ion Motors is amazing. The shop provided a complete rewire for our car and the experience was excellent! Everything was explained before the work was started and he kept us informed during the process even sending pictures. The car’s electrical system is now perfect and everything works. He labeled all wires, added a horn and stereo wires and upgraded the bulbs. Ion Motors is highly recommended by us for your automotive needs. The owner and wife are so sweet! Also this is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. We most definitely will use Ion Motors in the future!!!

Owner trick me and scammed. Give them my car and they said straight that i had to rebuild the engine, after many weeks of them keeping my car they gave the car back to me with the same issue and the rebuild of the engine was poor. They said they know how to fix it and after taking money out of you they told you they don't know the issue. What a bad experience. Missing screws and unprofessional.

A budget will also be provided in case of not affording everything that has to be done, but you will be let known whats urgent and whats not. Highly recommend! 👍
