Stopped here while on vacation, hoping to get a tire alignment, and left with so much more than we expected—exceptional service and genuine care. The manager took the time to ask questions and quickly realized we didn’t actually need an alignment but instead had a damaged tire causing the issue. Rather than trying to upsell us, he focused on solving the real problem. Although he didn’t have our specific tire in stock, he went above and beyond, calling multiple places to try to locate one for us. When no one had the tire, he strongly advised against driving two hours on the highway with our damaged tire and offered to help us replace it with our spare instead. The entire experience showed how much this shop cares about their customers’ safety and wallets. It’s rare to find a business that operates with such integrity. If you’re in the area and need auto care, I can’t recommend this place enough.

While I was in Florida, I needed an alignment and balancing service for my drive back home to New York. The first tire shop I visited left my car in a worse condition than before. Thankfully, I found FTCI Auto Service, and they completely turned the situation around. They did an outstanding job, carefully addressing the issues caused by the previous shop and performing a flawless balancing and alignment.
