Thank you to Brian Dody, Owner (Left) and Bryan Montoya, GM (Right) at the Motorcycle Clinic - est. 1973 (MCC) for all their help with my 2020 Triumph Thruxton RS Showcase. The exhausts (Mass Moto) came from Italy and they were no real help in sorting the fitment of the clutch linkage and shift controls. But they rolled with the punches, going the extra mile, and making the necessary adjustments. In fact, Bryan spent hours on the phone and sending detailed emails in his efforts to figure it out. And in the end, they did! Do I like the Mass Moto pipes, yes. But their service sucks. If it weren't for MCC, I'd have a box of parts. This is a great shop:.

Would give NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could! Several times I’ve taken my Bike in for the same issue and not once has it been resolved though I’ve been charged. Upon me making a comment on their Facebook page. They decided to delete me and block the comment Then afterward decided to call me and harassed me on my personal cell phone. Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. They are crap. Go elsewhere. Found a better and more honest place. Will NOT be doing business here again.💯

**AWESOME SHOP** I have a 2007 Victory Jackpot which had an intermittent problem of stalling and occasional backfiring. After taking it to another shop I use for routine service they told me they couldn't get the problem to duplicate. After checking around with friends and a little researching, I'm glad I took it to Motorcycle Clinic. They were able to duplicate the stalling and found the fuel pump with regulator was losing pressure after bike warmed up. Bryan called at that point and advised the bike is spot on mechanically but still occasionally stalls and would have to dig a little deeper to locate the problem. They found that the ignition wire had a break in it and if the bike vibrated or moved a certain way this would cause it to lose connection and stall. A few days later (I'm sure after extensive testing) Bryan called and said bike is ready to Rock and Roll. I've had the bike back a couple weeks and it RUNS FLAWLESS!!! Couldn't be any happier. HIGHLY recommend this shop for specialized diagnostic service.

$2000+ for a new clutch, new tires, and new handlebar risers. Scratched my custom paint, found a leak that existed in my air suspension that immediately got worse after it got the bike back, did not replace handlebar risers, clutch fluid reservoir left open & leaking, clutch went out 6 months later ( I ride moderately). This service took 2/12 months. Immediately found a new shop after the return of my bike and will not go back, also the guys there are decent and seem like cool ridding buddies. But the boss guy completely disrespected the employees in front of me & his interviewee. I’m sure they joke around, but a bad look and not very professional in that sense

Since I got my Bolt I always go to the Motorcycle Clinic to get any services I can't do myself. I get all my oil from them too as it's the only shop (that I've noticed) that carries Spectro oil. Great guys, I trust them with my bike, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

If you wanna save your money. I highly suggest motocycle clinic. I bought My R1 and of course the previous owner wasn't honest about the things that was wrong with the bike. Two days later i realized my bike was overheating and also clutch problem and let's not talk about the rpm :( also the bike kept shutting off at every single stop light. I took it to the 🏍 clinic and sure enough Brian and all the crew explained what was wrong with the bike and what's the best way to save my money. Thanks to them my bike is back on the road. All problems are fixed and it took less than a week. And I'm so ready to meet other bikers to race

In and out the same day, fast service and friendly workers as well. Brought my bike for a tire change the day before Daytona Biketoberfest so I know they were busy, they had my bike out the shop in 4 hours the same day. Not a scratch on my rims and they took the courtesy to clean my bike as well. Thanks again guys! I'll sure to be back!

Diamond in the rough! Even though it is a work visit, we always try to support our dealers on Google too. And this was a rare find being in business over 52 years! In today’s climate, it is hard to find a small business like this. They mist be doin something right. And still receptive to new products and ideas which is likely why they do so well. This guys were great had a mishap with the motorcycle they had their shop pretty busy but were able to squeeze me in and identify the problem, back on the road in a couple of hours. Just to be clear they have a different system as others just for the diagnose is $125.00 and $125.00 per hour of work plus parts so be prepared for the bill.
