I had the worst with them. I would never bring my car there or recommend anyone for business over there. They had my car closer to two months for an accident claim. When Rick was supposed to be picked up, initial date, found additional damages to the car done by them, and I was called a liar when I brought it up their pictures clear showed damage did not exist their previously they took responsibility and took three weeks to get the car done when it should have been taken a week or 10 days the most Vehicle has some issues that are not fixed either. When the adjuster he denied of all the information he provided but forgot I have text messages and calls recorded. Will definitely take this to higher up to let people know and the company what customers have to deal with working with them.

The worst body repair shop ever, takes too long to fix just a bit. Never stand on their promises, will keep delaying your work just to charge extra money. It almost took them a month to fix quarter panel, taillight, ac pump. It would be cheaper and faster if you do by yourself. Their estimators never picks up the call, never ever. It’s a trap, don’t fall in.

I had the best experience here! If you need your car fixed and someone who won’t quit until you have your car back then make sure you request Laz. I needed my car fixed because someone had smashed into the back of it and after having it worked on at this Coggin Collision Center my car looks brand new. Laz was so helpful and kept working until he made sure I got my car back. I’m so thankful he was able to help me!

No cumplen con la fecha de entrega, me dieron un tiempo para que dejaran listo mi carro y accedí, tuve que acomodar mi tiempo y pedir favores para trabajar a falta de mi vehículo, cada vez que llamo para saber si mi carro está listo me ponen una fecha diferente de entrega, y cada vez le salen más problemas según”, a menos que tengas otro carro, no les recomiendo dejar el suyo ahí, perderán tiempo y dinero esperando.
