I went for an alignment that I didn't know I didn't need, I lift my truck and I need it longer control arms, but I didn't know, I thought I need alignment went there and right away he told me what was the problem, didn't try to steal my money for an alignment i didn't need, that right there is an honest mechanic, fully recommended.

When we got to this place to change a tire we weren’t even greeted. The employee continued doing what he was doing without even acknowledging that we came in. We stayed there for at least another 15 to 20 minutes and not even a “hi we’ll be with you in a moment”. So we left and that was it. Like if we never were there.

Worse customer service, came in for a wheel alignment, the guy has no ideas what’s he is doing. He will make you buy parts that you don’t need, end up going somewhere else, waste $100 dollars

took a car for alignment overcharged and they didn't align the rear. when i went back they said the alignment machine was broken. i had a friend call and they said bring it in we can do alignment today when according to them the machine was broke. Alignments not recommended, there is a shop OSCEOLA SPEED AND TIRES they have better price and they do the job rite, i took it there and they said alignment was not even done correctly.

I found C & S through Facebook Marketplace. I was a little skeptical at first as there pricing for installing a lift kit on my Jeep was lower than most. I communicated with Ana through messenger to schedule. Dropped off vehicle on Sat morning and all was done by 12pm. You can tell they're a family owned business and there is great pride in the work done. I will be back and send as many people your way as possible

Worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. Came in to have FOUR new tires installed and I was ignored when i first arrived while the owner chit-chatted with his friend, I was lied to about the price and made to wait while someone who came after had his tire replaced. The service was as if they were going to install my tires for free. The reply below shows exactly the kind of service you can expect: no accountability and on top of providing terrible service they call their patrons liars when they share honest experiences. Well done!!

The owner, Cano was who attended me and I am forever grateful. I had already gone to one of the big name companies that took over 6 hours to asvise me they couldn't align or balance my truck because a part was "broken" and wanted to charge me way over 2K. All it took for Cano was about 10 minutes or less to tell me that the problem I was having was my tires not what the other company told me. He immediately looked for replacements and gave me an honest and reasonable pricing including balancing and alignment. If you want great, respectful, honest and reasonable work, this is the place to go to!
