Stopped in to get my tires rotated but still a little early mileage wise. Mike usually takes care of me but wasn’t there today so Kylee stepped up and was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gladly checked the air pressure on the tires for me and brought them all up to the right level. All at no cost. She also recommended it’s almost time for new tires. I was in and out in less than ten minutes and she was great. It’s employees like her that make visits to Discount Tire as seamless as possible. Keep up the good work Kylee, you deserve the recognition! I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs. “I’ll be back!” 👍

If you're anywhere within 50 miles of this shop and can get there safely then please take my advice and shop here. Just 5 minutes from this shop I had a locally owned shop try to take advantage of me and the fact that I came in on a donut spare. The experience and knowledgeable staff welcomed me in, inspected all of my tires, sold me a set of brand new Sentury brand tires and all for less than the shop down the streets "almost new" worn out used ones. Do yourself a huge favor and stop shopping around and make this your go tire and wheel shop.

Had my Tesla MY towed here after I got a flat from a nail. My tires had low tread (52k+ miles, original Continentals) so it was time to replace them. I called them b4 towing here & they accommodated me warmly. They had 2 Range-Finder GT-es & drove to pick up 2 more nearby so they could get to work when I arrived. Seemed they opened late to finish up my vehicle. Was told they actually have nightly sleepovers & pillow fights there, so it wasn't a biggy to open late. Everyone in the store was super friendly & professional, I highly recommend this store.

I got a new tire, as I had a flat tire with a bolt in the tire, by the tire wall. I bought the tire online, made an appointment for the following morning. That morning I realized that I had no spare, so an auto service put air in my tire and unfortunately it still began to leak, so I immediately went to Discount Tire, over 2 hours before my scheduled appointment. That wasn’t a problem and I was out of the store, with everything completed in about a half hour. This was the Downtown Kissimmee location, but I’ve also situations where the Clermont, Fl location also went out of their way to help me. There is a reason why Discount Tire has had my business over and over again for over a decade!

I found the people here to be very friendly and honest, and, the pricing seemed reasonably competitive. I got a set of 5 new Michelin tires for my Jeep Wrangler after scheduling and paying online, and the install went well. I did opt for their recommended replacement lugs. They quoted me for the normal ones, but didn't have them in stock, so they honored the price for the more expensive long ones, which I thought was very fair of them. Then a number of months later, after putting a bunch of miles on the vehicle, I dropped by for a free tire rotation. Since I travel full time, I like that this is a national chain.

Kylee is a Godsend. After a miscommunication and inventory error left me stranded, she used some magic to remedy the situation. Long story short, our tire blew and we had it towed to this location even though we don’t live anywhere near here. We called ahead of time to confirm they had the tires in stock, but the inventory was off and they only had 1 tire. Tow truck gone, limited budget, a full schedule for work tomorrow and out of options, I am so glad I was put in Kylee’s path. She definitely did not have to work her magic but she definitely did. Sitting here listening to her work and how she treats everyone who walks in is so professional and kind. We need more of this in the world. Can’t recommend this location enough.

I have been coming here for my tires years. The staff is courteous and friendly. All of them , from the front desk to the guys in the back working on your car. They do get busy but even then they are still professional . It’s a lot quicker with an appointment but they do take walk ins. I never buy my tires anywhere else. They have competitive prices and offer insurance on the tires. If anything happens they fix it or replace it and rotate the tires for free too! Shop is Located in a plaza , Best But, Olive Garden, etc … so you leave your car while you grab a bite or do some window shopping and they will text you when it’s done. I love this place. ( just got a screw taken out my tire this morning and a tire rotation).

When I was ready for the install, I was given a very good rate for a new set of Michelins. All hands were on deck for the install, which took approximately 15 minutes. The place looks brand new, that’s what I said to Chris, the nice guy that helped me to have my tires replaced, then he told me that’s because they clean it very well, and that’s a good thing for me because the way they treat the place they work that well means that they will probably do the same to my vehicle. Everything was impeccable since the phone call to clear my doubts to the checkout with my vehicle with it’s brand new tires. Thanks Chris and the whole crew that helped me with my tires.
