The service agent appeared upset that I would not purchase the extended warranty. It only took about 40 minutes for them to change, balance, and mount the new tires, which was great. When they gave me back the truck, the technician says sorry. As I said, no problem. I thought.. what is he saying sorry for. After taking the truck to a different service shop because of poor handling with the new tires, I found that the TIRE SENSOR was left BROKEN inside the new tire. I have my own bias about the representatives at this location, which I will mostly reserve and just state they remind me of the old circuit city salesmen. Very poor experience.

Integrity and Quality is hard to come by at car and tire service places these days. Victor at the desk was great. Helped me with an urgent issue with a screw on my tire. Then got me a quote on new tires with warranty. Not replacing it just yet but i know where to go when its time. JP the technician found loose metal pieces inside the tire and repaired the puncture with a plug. Thanks guys. Great service and impeccable work.
