Jc has been my mechanic since 2018 and has been Heaven sent. As a female, doing anything with a vehicle can be stressful. I remember the first time I met him. I was looking for a mobile mechanic to check out a car before I bought it. I found him, he came on time, checked out the car and negotiated the price for me as well. I trust his judgment, he's reliable and a good mechanic. 4 years later and I can count on him over and over again.

I bought a car on auction and it refused to start when the transporter picked it up. I tried a few things to try and get it started but nothing I tried worked, so I realized I’d need to call a mobile mechanic. I checked my area and JCY Auto Services showed up, so I called them. Jonathan was able to come by the same day, he diagnosed in no time that the problem was a bad fuel pump, and he quoted me a great price. I was expecting the job would take several days, but he and Chris got the fuel pump replaced the same day! He was very thorough with finding out not just what was wrong but how it happened, as he found the bad fuel pump (which had been installed just two years ago) was not installed properly and it was doomed to fail the moment it was installed. After years of looking for a good, reliable Master Mechanic, we have finally found him. We’ll trust him with our cars exclusively from now on.

I’ve worked with a few different mechanics before, but John is different. He is very thorough with the details about the problem and the solution. As a woman, I definitely appreciate the time he takes to make sure I understand the problem and the fix. He send pictures throughout the process as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a mechanic. He responds very quick and he does his best to get the car back on the road as soon as possible. 10 out of 10!
