If you wanna deal with a disrespectful owner like the one in this shop then I say go right ahead and do so. This place is a mess just like the owner, he is very rude and doesn’t explain things correctly to you and expects you to figure it out. The owner doesn’t care and he brushes you off or tells you anything just to end the conversation. Con la misma cara de perro que tiene el dueño es con la misma que te ofrecen servicio. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. This shop is a joke just like everyone else tells me so. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Giving one star would be to much credit I own a 2011 BMW X5 which gave me notifications that my coolant was low. Upon bringing into service facility I was greeted by the owner whom took all my information and my vehicle in to be seen. After about an hour of wait, I was informed that my vehicle water pump has a internal leak. With having an extended warranty service contract I asked the owner to reach out for coverage. Just before leaving my vehicle and facility I signed a document n was given a estimate due to parts having to be ordered. Recieving a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up around noon I Immediately headed over to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival owner was in back office which I was informed to enter and have a seat. Sorting thru paperwork puzzles and playing with the calculator, the owner says hes trying to find my bill for the balance. Ofcourse infront of my eyes in plain sight my bill is directly infront of him, so he goes to tell me my balance is $298.71. Now I'm no stranger to the automotive field as I am a 3.5yrs employees with Nissan as a service advisor, I questioned why so much. The owner attempt to make me believe that's just the balance left after extended warranty. Knowing I never requested anything more I asked the owner to see the bill, which he kept it on the other side of the desk holding at chest level. I asked again can I have the bill I would like to call my extended warranty myself to figure out what's the confusion, again the owner would not allow me to physically touch the bill. I stepped outside and decided to call the extended warranty to verify what's the confusion. As I return back inside I brought to the owners attention hes trying to charge me something they tried to get my extended warranty to cover but was denied. Now frustrated with my services I brought to the owner attention that this is robbing customers and if I didnt know any better I would have paid for a part n labor on a service that was never performed on my car. The owner slams down on his desk and jumps up with rage screaming in rage and approached me. I threaten to call the police if my bill wasnt fixed. After all said and done my final bill was $177.01 $100 Deductible and $77.01 taxes. I will NEVER return to this facility as the owner himself is a crook and with the aggression and approach he displayed, I wouldnt want to correct another employee whom seems to get aggressive when the robbery didnt go through.

They bent two of my 22 inch factory Chevy rims during the tire mount. I brought it back to them and Rudolfo (the owner) told me that they were already bent before. They definitely were not. I won’t be back and will never recommend.

I had an accident on the exit ramp of I-4 east bound that was a single lane/one way exit/ made it unsafe for me to stay with the vehicle, so EMTs dropped me off at a hotel very close by with my car keys. Originally, had called my insurance who sent for a towing company (won’t say the name) where the owner was very rude and did not understand that I could not meet and/or stay that the scene of the crash, and ev goodness you were sooo amazing- thanks also for hearing me vent, and event being patient with me and allowing me to get my belongings out, and even helping get them into my mom’s car! was very hostile and refused to send a driver to tow my vehicle (after informing myself and my insurance that they would). Thankfully, after that unfortunate incident (both the accident and rude original towing company); my insurance company was able to get you all’s company to help me. Edwin was the driver and I am just sooo blessed, thankful and overwhelmed with how amazing he was. I am sincerely grateful and sooo amazed by him and his work. He listened to me vent, and was very understanding of the situation: the crash site not being a safe location for me to stay, so he could obtain the keys for my car. He was patient with myself and allowed me to get my belongings out of my car, and even helped get them into my mom’s car! Just WOW! Sooo grateful. This man was truly Heaven sent. And, I am grateful for him being able to help me. And, I pray this review gets to the right person/ leadership and that you commend him on his amazing work! And, tell him to keep up the amazing work (as I know he will)! You guys are blessed and should be honored to have this man on staff! If he has not been promoted (if they’re is an ability for growth in your company); I pray that he does. He deserves it, and will be an amazing leader! Will definitely make sure to tell anyone about this great company.

If I could write this review without a star I would, I was rear ended and my car has been sitting at this shop for 5 months in the hands of what it seems like uncertified people. They switch up the workers every 2 weeks so every new person has no idea what they’re doing to my car. Frances the “manager” is rude and unprofessional gives me uncertain dates making me the customer believe it. Every week I have a new pick up date of my car being ready and it’s still not READY. I cannot afford renting a car so yes! I am trying to survive in Orlando without a car I call them everyday just to know if my car is ready. Last week, they said its gonna be ready by this week. I call them today, they say oh this is a big job it might be ready by next week. Are you kidding me?? Every week it’s a new excuse, they said they would call to update me and send emails. for the first few months every call was made by ME, until they finally started giving me updates after hearing my frustration and after 5 months just now putting my car as a “PRIORITY” when that was something that should’ve been done months ago. Even after all that I still don't have a car. This place is made up of a bunch of jokes and LIARS. Please go somewhere professional that will get the done with great customer service because you won’t find that here. Also again beware of Frances she’s no good. Treat u like …

This spot has reasonable prices and does good work. An old fashion auto mechanic shop they will look at your car diagnose the issue tell about then let you approve n fix it. Transmission service, oil leak and mis firing repairs done. Picked it up Thursday Drive it to Miami that same night ran like a sewing machine. Great repair shop reliable and dependable service.

I have to share my experience with this place today. When I first meet these guys they were cool, but whoever was up front couldn’t understand me asking “When they do the alignment, can you check the ball joints and Tire rods?” They didn’t but did a good job. Told my self surely if I come back for the ball joints it won’t cost me another $65. Show up a week later asking for a quote. Said he wanted to put on the machine to look at it again. But they had a guy in front of me doing his car. Ok I can wait. Four hours go by and they taking a lunch break on me. Very cool. After an hour when it’s over I get my car pull in. He looked at it and tells me he gonna write the estimates. Another hour goes by and finally got the paper. SIX hours for a quote is crazy. Like I could’ve gotten up and said something but I don’t know didn’t wanna be rude and was hungry too. Should’ve slide some of there food. And the cherry on top is I see the alignment price again 🙁. Maybe a little bit more communication.
