Mal servicio al cliente, el día de ayer fui a las 5pm porque el horario de atención es hasta las 7pm, la sra del mostrador (ROSA) es una persona muy desatenta y con mal genio, me indicó que para cambiar un neumático debía ir temprano porque no me iban a atender, regrese el día de hoy a las 3pm y vuelve a decirme lo mismo, al parecer para que te atiendan debes ir a las 7am. Si tienes una emergencia después de las 11am no te aparezcas por alla.

Today is dec 17,2024 i just bought a new tires from Walmart 10 days ago and yesterday they flat, NO NAILS, and when i came to the auto services, they said i just have to wait because we dont have any appointment we made the appointment online and now they said we dont need an appointment we just need wait, we Watched how people come with no appointment and the worker go directly to the service with them… at this point we still dont know what we have to do or where we have to go🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Sabrina is the worse manager and has the biggest attitude. I went to find out if my battery has a warranty and I got nothing but attitude and also gave the tech an attitude for trying to help me. If I didn’t need a battery right away I would have taken my business elsewhere. Will never go here again. Do not even deserve one star

I recently had a terrible experience at walmrt auto service. Despite booking an appointment and arriving on time, I found the workers more interested in gossiping than fixing my car. It was frustrating to see them wasting time chatting instead of focusing on their jobs. As a result, my car took much longer to get serviced than anticipated. The lack of professionalism and efficiency was disappointing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone in need of timely and reliable service.
