Very pleased with my recent visit to RepairTech. I took my car in to verify the results of a diagnostics check that was run at Pep Boys during an oil change that noted my rear shocks/struts were on their last legs. Dropped my car off on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend, and they gave me a status update on Wednesday (as promised at drop off) confirming they would need to be replaced. Had the fix done by the following afternoon. Accepted my MaxCare plan seamlessly and paying the deductible was breeze. It’s a bit of a hike for me to get out to their shop but it’s worth it for the service. Charlie and his team will definitely take care of you! Thanks for the great work!

20Aug2021 My second time in this morning. Same level of satisfaction as the first time. My first time in was this morning, it won't be my last. Rented a bay with a 2 post lift for 2 hours. Changed the engine oil and manual transmission fluid with no issues. Very professional, helpful, and an excellent value.

Fantastic service. They really helped me out . My van ‘s radiator cracked and leaked 3 days before my vacation ended. They were quick and very reasonably priced. They had to remove my air conditioning system charge and recharge it. My AC hasn’t been this cold since it was new. Excellent service and repair. Hard to find a good mechanic shop . Wish they were in Tennessee.

So far so good! Day 3 after having my car back from repair tech for some work and everything is running great! I love that they did a full inspection and told us what needed to be done now & what will need to be done later so I can pick what I can afford now. If I need to come back later they already know what needs to be done. I’m not big on trusting mechanics but this place and their team is awesome! They were fast efficient & super nice! Definitely would recommend and will be coming back

I had a great experience with Repair Tech Automotive. My girlfriend’s car was showing signs of a blown head gasket, and we weren’t sure if it might also be the water pump. Her dad, who is a mechanic, came down from out of town to help but we didn’t have all the tools we needed to properly diagnose it. After calling around to several shops with no luck, I called Repair Tech Automotive and spoke with Charley. He was extremely helpful and was able to get us in the same day. He personally checked the car and confirmed there was coolant leaking in. He also verified that the water pump was fine. What stood out most was how honest and reasonable he was. Charley explained our options clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything, and made sure we fully understood the situation. I really appreciated the honesty, quick service, and the time Charley took to walk us through everything. I would definitely recommend Repair Tech Automotive to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

At the age of 62 I have never felt more comfortable with an auto repair. Their customer service was fantastic, they were very competent and I thought fair. It has only been a few days since our repair but all seems great so far ... I highly recommend them even if it is a little bit out of your way, for me it was worth it. While on vacation to Disney, our minivan had engine trouble and the owner Charlie took care of us fast! I was afraid that we weren't going to be able to drive it back to Michigan, but his employee Tony was able to change out faulty injectors and get us back on the road fast! These guys will do it right and tell you exactly what's going on. I was super impressed when I dropped off the van to see if they could help us. There's a reason these guys are the best rated repair shop on Google! They texted updates while we were in the park and I was even able to pay the invoice over my phone when they were done. Charlie runs a tight ship with no nonsense. If you need your vehicle repaired without ruining your vacation, go to these guys!

I’ve been to different mechanics with a range of vehicles with issues, and I would have to say by far “Repair Tech Automotive”, Charlie and his team of mechanics are the best around. They kept me updated on everything with my vehicle, sending photos of progress. I needed a camshaft etc. replacement. They put nothing but the best parts into the rebuild and a Special Thank you to Nico the mechanic that meticulously took the time to make sure everything was perfect as he was putting the motor back together. I can’t say enough great things about Repair Auto Tech! After my Jeep Grand Cherokee sat for months and after spending a lot of money at the dealership—plus rental costs—I was beyond frustrated. The dealership failed me, but these guys took care of everything! From the start, their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. And the best part? Made a expensive mistake coming here Incomplete diagnosis, weeks of delays I called them to ask if they could work on my vehicle and they said yes. I went to this repair shop because the dealership was charging too much labor on a repair. I told them something is bent under the rear passenger side and showed them the dealership quote. They said they can do it. Here’s where it went wrong: They just ordered the part and replaced it straight from the dealer quote. They didn’t lift my car and check, no diagnosis whatsoever. After the part replacement, I asked the mechanic Tony is everything is okay with the car he said yes just need tire replacement and alignment. I went to an alignment shop and they said something is still bent - the alignment was off by 2 degrees. I went back to the repair shop and they lifted the car, and then magically saw the bent screw and bent trailing arm. Somehow they missed the bent trailing arm while replacing the lower arm. Didn’t notice it somehow, even though they were working right there. They offered me free labor because they missed it, but I still had to wait 3 weeks for that part to come in. I spent money on car rentals during that time. Overall I’m out of pocket more than the dealership would have cost me. Still, after the alignment there is something wrong in the vehicle - it pulls to the right. I’m working with the dealership now for a full diagnosis. I’m seeking legal recourse against them because I went there to fix my car and instead they did random part replacements without actually checking what was wrong. Overall, don’t suggest going with them if you have a newer car. Their mechanics aren’t educated enough for proper service. They don’t diagnose - they just swap parts and hope it works.
