Took my car here 4 to 5 months ago for front left wheel bearing replacement. As you can see, the basic part of the replacement wasn’t screwed on properly- the axel nut. It stripped and could’ve come off and caused the bearing to go bad again. This caused more trouble than I arrived with. Since I brought my own part, they gave no guarantee on the work.

Great shop to deal with I’ve had my truck and my lady car both serviced there and I have no complaints honest people working there, and the wife and owner are cool as a fan they helped me out big time Honest work being done if you need a shop this is where you want to go !!!! There fast and efficient I’ve had suspension work done, and timing chain, oil pump etc done here and vehicles are running and issue they fixed or fixed I will be back to them soon

We were on vacation from Virginia with our kids and had van problems! Found Fercho with a google search, phoned at 10:30am and was told to come on in, fixed our van while we waited and we were on the road by 2! Wonderful people and service! I've been here twice and the customer service is great. The mechanics were very fast and attentive. Labor is actually fair to me especially since the other 2 mechanics I dealt with were expensive. My car was fixed fast and driving great. Also a big plus is that 75% of mechanics I've gone to in the area always come with the "bring me the car next week"..not Fercho! They get it done 💯 thank you guys!

After having had bad experiences with other mechanics around this area, I decided to give this place a try because I was running out of options. I came in expecting another bad experience, but I was completely WRONG. These guys diagnosed my problem quickly, they were thorough, honest with their assessment, and the price was reasonable. The mechanic made useful recommendations and even spent additional time fixing another unrelated minor issue AFTER I paid for my repair. Cheaper isn’t always better (I’ve learned that the hard way). Fercho has earned my business!

Went to check on an alignment, they asked me for my car keys, never mentioned a charge or fee. They then called me into the shop to tell me I had two different branded tires causing the tire to be worn. I told them I have had BMW all my life and they are just dishonest and try to take advantage of ignorant customers with no knowledge. The owner try to tell me a bunch of lies and then seemed to get upset because I didn’t want to do the work there. At the end they charged $30 for nothing. I could’ve called the cops and not paid anything, but when it comes to foreigners they think they are still in their country when here in th US we have laws and regulation. Horrible experience.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for this shop! My van started smoking and doing something crazy a few miles on the freeway from here. Thankfully I was able to get it to the shop and they went out of their way above and beyond staying open and extra hour with 4 mechanics to fix all the issues and get me back on the road.
