From the start, he was honest, transparent, and clear about pricing. He prioritized the biggest issues and communicated thoroughly if anything additional came up, quoting each part of the work before moving forward. As a naturally skeptical person, I am especially cautious when dealing with mechanics, as I’ve often felt overcharged as a woman. However, with Carlos, it felt like I’d known him forever—genuine, fair, and incredibly respectful. I just moved to Orlando from Detroit a week ago. I bought a used car 2 days ago that already had problems (of course) and i needed a shop in a hurry. I found Jingo’s Garage doing a Google search for local mechanics, and decided to take a chance on them. Carlito and his crew got to work on my Chrysler 300 right away, and were VERY thorough in their work. I have had ALOT of experience with auto shops, both bad and good, and i gotta tell you, Jingo’s will FOREVER be my place to go when I or my family have car problems. Also, as far as people go, these guys were FANTASTICO. Amazing friendly guys that truly take care of their customers. Stay away from those gringo name brand auto shops, take your ride to Jingo’s Garage ! You will NOT regret it ! You can thank me later…. 😂👍🏼

I think it’s important for everyone to know that Customer Service is the ultimate satisfaction you can have not only did I get the best customer service but the knowledge to put a new open air element in my 2002 Trans AM . fire stone laughed at me and other shops in Kissimmi didn’t want anything to do with it then enter Carlos, Christians😇 younger brother. This auto mechanic shop is the best kept secret in Kissimmi or Orlando. I suggest if you want a job done right to your specifications ask for Carlos and he’ll make sure it’s done for you correctly. I feel as though the Shoppe has angels watching over them to get the job done😉 Jingles is not my go to for any of my cars!

Horrible horrible horrible owner! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I was in Florida from Michigan. My car was making a humming noise. They said it was my transfer case and ended up replacing it. I then noticed that when I drive my vehicle, it’s making a clunking noise. They then said it was my front differential. I asked if I can drive like that and they said yeah I’ll be fine to drive like that but I have to replace it ASAP. I didn’t feel comfortable driving it like that when I had my children in the vehicle and I asked him to replace it vehicle after replacing both of those items I told it was $3750. I noticed a few days later, that I am receiving a grinding noise while downshifting and I brought it to my mechanic here in Michigan. The mechanic said it was my transfer case. I contacted the owner in Florida at jinjos garage and they said it was under warranty for 30 days. My Michigan mechanic asked for all the information for the parts company to contact them regarding the warranty and they refused to give them the information. Luckily, when my Michigan mechanic looked at the transfer case, there was a sticker for the parts company. They contacted the parts company to receive an invoice and it was under a six-month warranty not 30 days like the owner stated. The owner said I needed to send the transfer case to them directly and not the parts company. They refuse to give any information on the transfer case, and did not know how many miles were on it or what the code was on the current transfer case in the old transfer case they replaced. Now they looked up with my Vin number, the transfer case information, but you can’t do that because the transfer case is specific to the vehicle and you have to look up the code and not the Vin. There’s a very big possibility that they put in the wrong transfer case in my vehicle and may have caused more damage. When I told them this, they said no not possible. They looked it up with the Vin but that’s not accurate. I asked him for a refund and he said he will not be giving me a refund and I can send in the transfer case. I explained to him that it is quite a bit of money to have to send in the transfer case wait and for the other one to come in and it’s delaying me having a vehicle. my Michigan mechanics is going to be doing further diagnostic and looking at the transmission and hopefully we will see in the near future the transfer case they put in is the right one and did not cause any damage my transmission and or any other components within my vehicle. A police report has been filed on them for committing fraud on me.. Replying to the owner: He lied to me and said i had a 30 day warranty. He also would not give me the name of the place he bought his parts from but thankfully they left the sticker on. There is a 6 month warranty not a 30 day. Also to mention that the part cost me 400 and he charged me 700 in labor! My mechanics here are only charging me 350, ask any mechanic how long it should take to change a transfer case, he uncharged me. My car was running good for TWO DAYS ONLY! When my Michigan mechanic looked at it, the oil was burnt up in the transfer case. You’re stingy and wouldn’t even give me a partial refund for the transfer case YOUR SHOP PUT IN that ended up going bad within two days. Not to mention that the customer has to pay 3.5 percent charge on a credit card and the owners have to be 7 i believe and he made me pay the entire amount because he didn’t want to have to pay his portion. You guys are greedy people. You put in a bad part . I’m not threatening you I’m letting you know that you will be reported for negligence to the state of Florida.
