Just left Tire Kingdom and they’ve done it again! Amazing customer service! From now on, I wont go anywhere else but this Tire Kingdom. These guys are truly amazing! They’re extremely knowledgeable and will let you know everything they plan on doing before they do it. They’re caring, patient and kind and they don’t try to upsell you or try to convince you you need unnecessary work done and they explain everything to you as they go. I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful people!

I found this team in 2024 and have not needed to go anywhere else. They are professional, work with you, are upfront about the work, and timely with the work. Pricing isn’t the same as a locally-owned/private business but they give discounts wherever possible and make estimates based on market value while trying to get parts local (which usually ends up cheaper). From the managers to mechanics to techs, everyone is cool.

I recently had my shocks, sway bars, and motor mounts replaced at Tire Kingdom, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were upfront and considerate about my budget, helping me find the best options without pushing unnecessary work. Not only did they finish the repairs sooner than the quoted time, but my car now runs smoother than ever! The difference is night and day. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, efficient, and really cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review because I am truly grateful about how Griselle and Will assisted me in truly my time of need. I want to first start out by saying that I was in a really difficult situation. I had my car taken to Tire Kingdom located at 325 W Vine St Kissimmee, Florida on 8/1/25 due to my tire being blown out. Once I arrived I was instantly greeted by Will and Grisella in a very welcoming manner. I explained my situation and Grisella immediately started to ask me questions and showed me that she and her team were there to help me get my problem fixed and made me feel relieved by all the stress I had from what went through already. So I agreed to the work order and then asked is there a place where I can go and eat while the work would be completed. She sent me over to a great NY style pizzeria across from their location. Unfortunately I drive a car that has wheel locks and they can only be taken off with my key that was missing so I would have to go to the Dealership to have them removed. I could of easily just went to the Dealership and had the work done but I felt that this team at Tire Kingdom gave me such excellent customer service I was willing to have my car towed to the dealership have the tire locks unlocked then have it towed back to their store and have them do the work the next morning. That’s the impression they left with me. So I ended up back at Tire Kingdom at 11:45pm and left car in parking lot for them to do the work for me on my car. I got a call the next morning at 10am telling me the work was completed and I could come and pick up my vehicle. Exceptional customer service is rare in today’s society. But I found it at your Tire Kingdom located at 325,W Vine St Kissimmee, Florida 34741. I will definitely continue using and referring friends and family to this location for services. Antonio.

Was 89 miles from home at a doctor appt noticed a nail sticking out of my tire. Thank you Will & Robert at Vine & Central Kissimmee Fl Both were so kind checked all my tires by putting it in the tank and the two nails did not puncture the tire and they did not charge me! I offered to pay but they insisted that it’s a courtesy of the company ! Awesome Shop! Thanks again

The staff was very helpful and informed, it was just such a pleasant experience and I really felt like I was being treated special. Grisel took my service personally and got my oil changed so quickly and serviced the truck herself! I come here at least once a month for an oil change and Ray and Grisel are always on the spot with customer service and care!

I usually get great service at this location but today I asked Ray for the price of the regular or migrade oil change and he refused to give me an honest answer. He kept pressuring me to take the full synthetic. He told me if I didn't leaks would appear. That made me wonder if he intended to break something. So I went on the website and confirmed the price myself. And he had to honor the price on the website. He is a liar. I also asked his coworker who later walked in to confirm the price and he did correctly. It's a shame I have to deal with this in 2026.
