Negligence, Carelessness, and No Transparency I took my 2013 BMW 128i to Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change, an external air filter replacement, and to have a headlight bulb checked. What should’ve been routine turned into a chain of issues that showed a complete lack of care, transparency, and accountability. The upper radiator hose was broken during the visit. While the radiator itself turned out to be cracked, the hose was clearly damaged while they were trying to manipulate something around the headlight. I suspect they forced or mishandled the area when trying to access the bulb. They never told me. The moment I left the shop, the coolant and radiator warning lights came on. I returned immediately. One employee opened the hood and suddenly “discovered” the damage — far too conveniently. He later referred me to a mechanic who fixed the issue (and for that I’m thankful), but the rest of the staff never acknowledged any mistake. There was no apology. Just avoidance. Even worse, I had clearly told them I was about to take a long trip, and wanted to be sure the coolant, oil, and filters were properly checked. That was the whole point of going in: to have peace of mind before hitting the road. But clearly, they didn’t care. The negligence could’ve left me stranded — or worse. The external air filter? They installed it incorrectly. They lost one of the washers that secures the top cover, and instead of replacing it properly, they used a mismatched part and left the cover loose. The mechanic who fixed the radiator later found the original washer lying inside the engine bay, which could’ve caused serious damage if it had shifted into a moving part. To top it off, I can’t even be sure they did the oil change at all. If they broke parts, left pieces behind, and covered things up without saying a word, how can I trust they performed the basic service? Bottom line: one employee tried to quietly help by connecting me to a real mechanic — and I appreciate that. But the way the situation was handled as a whole was unprofessional, negligent, and unacceptable. If you’re looking for a place that values honesty, responsibility, and your safety — this is not it.

I recently visited this location to have both fuel filters replaced on my Dodge Ram 3500 Dually—one located by the tank and the other under the hood. I’ve had this same service performed at other shops and have never paid more than $300 in total. Unfortunately, the pricing at this location was significantly higher than expected. While the staff may have been courteous, the cost of service felt unreasonably inflated. Due to the excessive pricing, I do not plan to return to this location. I understand busy need to make money but not rob people.

Visited the jiffy lube for a standard oil change. A gentleman also inspected my tires and adjusted the pressure. The service was fairly quick, which is a plus! My only concern is: I’m afraid they don’t actually perform all of the services listed on the receipt. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that WAS done. I must mention that the employee who greeted me when I initially arrived, Frank (also my cashier afterwards), was wonderful! So polite and cordial.

Very expensive! 120 dollar bill after using my 27 dollar off coupon. Meaning the bill would have been 150 for six quarts of synthetic oil. Staff was friendly and quick.

I live by sea world and traffic wise going to Conroy or OBT is easier. But i have to say the customer service here is top tier. It makes the drive worth it. Came to this location all the way from Davenport Fl only to be disrespected by Noah. I got the wrong type of oil on purpose for my car because it was a Groupon and that’s all that I could afford. He got visibly upset because I didn’t take his advice. He smirked, smiled, put his hands together, popped his shoulders looked at me as if he wanted to choke me, rolled his eyes just plain disrespectful. Stated I had to sign a paper stating I was being negligent. He was extremely rude and had me feeling very uncomfortable as if he would have punched me in the face. Once I spoke to his supervisor/manager Nick, he was very very very professional. Noah needs to find another profession if he is going to treat customers this way. Thank you to Nick and everyone else there was very nice. As long as Noah is an assistant manager or working there I will never return and will make sure my friends and family in that area are cautious when visiting this location.
