Horrible experience ! I came in because my Jetta had started displaying an "inspection 🔧" light on the dashboard. He took it around back, spent about 30 minutes then came back saying my car was missing oil, which It wasn't because my next oil change is not for another 3,000 miles, then he went on to tell me that the "resetting" of the car would cost me $55 but he was giving me a discount so it would only cost me $40 if I paid him in cash. I have him $36 dollars which is what I had in cash because he didn't want to take a debit card (weird) and then when I went to get in my car and turn it on THE SAME WARNING LIGHT WAS ON. I went back to him and said the problem was still happening and his worker Carlos who was wonderful was more than willing to connect it on the diagnostic computer. The owner then came out and told me to wait away from the car "because his worker needed to concentrate" lol (by the way he yelled at and called this poor guy around like if he was his slave instead of his employee) anyway he got upset when I said that it made no sense that my light was still on when I had just paid him to fix it, He tried to argue with me about him being a mechanic and knowing what he was talking about and downplaying my common sense. The fact of the matter is that I've had my car for 3 months now and I had never experienced this issue that he was trying to claim "was normal" when he saw that I wasn't having it. I let him know that it wasn't normal and that I would just take it to VW because I needed this fixed. He got mad and kicked me out and told me that he hoped I got sent back to Venezuela!! Funny thing is, I'm Colombian ! I've never met such a disrespectful and unprofessional individual ! It might have been due to the modelos he was drinking while working on vehicles !

I had a great experience at Munoz Auto Repair. We are in Orlando for vacation and the air conditioning went out in our Suburban. I called around and found Munoz Auto Repair who was open on Sunday. I drove to the location and the owner was able to diagnose the problem right away. He found that the AC belt had broke due to the tensioner. He showed me the problem and was able to replace the AC belt and tensioner while I waited thankfully. We now have cold air again and don't have suffer through our entire vacation. The price was also reasonable. Thanks Munoz Auto Repair!

If I could give ZERO Stars, I would, I went to this place to get 2 used tires for my 2011 Mazda 3, the sign out front said used tires from $25.00 each. The guy ended up selling me 2 used tires for $50.00 each. (100% more than advertised) I needed them BADLY so I had to get them, they removed the old ones & supposedly balanced the new/used ones that I paid $100 for. The owner said that I've got a 10 day warranty on the tires. 2 days later, I had to go back because the ones he sold me weren't balanced properly. (Their wheel-balancing machine is the cheapest thing on the planet) I went in to the shop & found that there were no customers. I figured that I'd be able to get my wheels balanced in no time, but I guess the owner didn't wanna work then. So he asked me to come an hour later. (I own a small business & my schedule is very tight) I asked him to please do it now, as part of the 10 day warranty, but he refused. Now I have to pay a REPUTABLE shop to do it the right way. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT EMPTY PROMISES OF A WARRANTY!!! THIS PLACE IS ONLY THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very quick work, loved it definitely will come back grab the business card before you go, no need to go to main stream big auto repair company, this is much better!

I’ve been going to Mr. Munez since 2017 and been through 3 different cars. Any time I have issues I go to him, very fast and efficient and knowledgeable about cars. Today he’s doing oil change for my Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend him for any issue with cars and he always charge reasonable price.

Last month I went on vacation with my family to Kissimmee Florida and a family member's car had an issue with a speed sensor. I purchased the part at advance auto and scheduled an installation with Mr. Munoz over the phone. I explained to him the situation and Mr. Munoz was very friendly and eager to help me. He told me to bring it in the next day. The next day I drove to Mr. Munoz shop and was greeted by a friend of his and was asked to wait for Mr. Munoz as he will be right with me. The offered me Ice cold water as it was a very humid hot day. Mr. Munoz finally came out and quickly took my vehicle in and started working on it. He installed my part and test drove the vehicle. The issue continued and the vehicle kept stalling. The hub needed to be replaced as well. I know this because I own a shop here in NY. I never said this to Mr. Munoz. He did all the talking and explained the issue that needed to be addressed in order to complete the repair. Mr. Munoz in my opinion is very honest and fair with his prices. He never over sold anything and was up front with everything. I would recommend Mr. Munoz for auto repair and I will be stopping by in the future to at least say hello. Thank you !!!

Muñoz is an excellent mechanic and very considerate on his prices, he also sell tires. He is an honest and humble person. 5/26/2022 I went back for a couple of car trouble: car starter not working right, a/c not blowing hot air, and a huge oil leak. Look at the pictures and see the way he returned my care, you can eat in that engine. Mr. Muñoz takes pride of his work and it shows. This car is a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe.

This place was amazing. I needed a tire right away. I didn't know what I was going to do with work and how I was going to get my little one to school. It was Sunday evening and my tire was gone, and done! I called multiple places and the price for just a used tire until could get another ,was basically the price of a brand new tire plus tax, and service. He was a ABSOLUTE ANGEL! He took me in right away, was quick and professional, and was so sweet and kind. He even was so sweet to make sure my other tires were good on air and everything else was good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
